Only reason I got in line at 5:45pm on a Saturday was to get the mini pretzel dogs. The employees are very busy doing a lot of... tasks & were friendly, also the line moved fast. However they told me & another person right in front of me in line that theywere out of pretzel dogs. They told me they were out for the night & told him they weren?t sure if or when they?d have more.There are really only a few items on the menu & those are the item that tastes the freshest of everything you make & sale. I getif you didn?t get a shipment or ran out but that?s not what the explanation was, they just didn?t want to make more & it?s abusy Saturday night at the mall? what?s the point of being open really. We ordered two drinks and only got one, clearly short staffed with three people technically working three different... establishments ( auntie Anne's, tollhouse cookies and a smoothie place) that shared the same cash register, so the wait time wasabout 15 minutes and it was unclear where to stand to order and wait. This Auntie Anne?s is consistently disappointing. Nothing is ever fresh and in fact the pretzels are inedible. Hard as rocks,... burnt, cold. Horrible. Read more
Extremely rude staff. I asked if a guy put an additional order in a bag because it?s busy and loud. He looked at the woman at... the register and says, ?I don?t know why he keeps asking questions.? I was making sure I get the right stuff my family wanted.Please retrain your staff to not be jerks. Read more
At the mall I ask for the pretzels with the ???? and lady said 20minute okay that was fine. Came back no hotdogs with pretzels.... So the guy was on his phone. And the Cashier had to make them!!! DOES NOT HONOR COUPONS OR PROMOTIONS!!! I brought my kids here for a treat after visiting the Lego shop in Southpark Mall and... was a bit disappointed in how this particular Auntie Anne's is managed. They will not honor the fill up cup promotion and willnot accept coupons out of the books, and manager was very rude about it. As a family of six, we like to use the buy 3, get onefree coupon. I will still go to other AA, but not this one. Read more
