I wanted to try this place after hearing such good reviews at the other locations. When i walked inside, the kitchen was fully... visible. I almost screamed as i watched a young boy (maybe 13) smear melted butter all over a flattened crust with his fullhand!!! ???????????? Another boy around the same age was making a pizza next to him. None of the food handlers were wearinggloves, yet they were doing 10,000 other things while preparing food. I'm sorry, I can go back until they clean up their act. Read more

Best pizza & wings around !!
So being from Long Island NY it can be difficult to find a pizza place that has flavor and style you are accustomed to. That... being said I met a young lady named Sarah on Wednesday who works at the newest location of Bisonte in Ballantyne who intriguedme enough to want to come back and give their Buffalo Style Pizza a try. I am a NY style pizza girl all the way (which they dohave) but, she convinced me to give the Buffalo a try and being a woman of my word I did today. Well as you see in the pic Ihave a Buffalo chicken Buffalo Style and a Cheese Buffalo Style pizza. They were both very good. Flavorful and Fresh down to thecrust! Next time I would ask for more sauce on the cheese pizza because, it has a nice flavor and Buffalo style crust is thickerthan NY style. Now when I want good tasting pizza that has flavor that other places lack I have no problem going for the BuffaloStyle at Bisonte. Now I have to try their NY Style. Thanks Miss Sarah. Read more

Your wings are real deal buffalo wings, crispy, hot, medium or mild, haven't had wings like this in awhile. One complaint you... guys are from Buffalo their is no such thing as boneless wings!!! Read more
