Food is fine. Service is below average at best. I understand you hire young staff but people who order online get served slower... than people who order in person. I find that head scratching that you don?t have someone dedicated for expedited orders. Pluswhat?s the deal with water cups? I can?t get a plastic cup of water? I don?t quite understand your business concept. Should askcorporate. Mod Pizza and Pieology are better by far when it comes to these aspects and if it wasn?t for the convenience I wouldgo to the other places in a heart beat. Work on the customer experience. First time trying it out. Went on a whim and decided on art lovers pizza with mushrooms. It was really good. Reminded me of MOD... pizza ambiance. The inside could?ve been a bit cleaner. $30 for two 11? craft pizzas was a bit pricey but I?d definitely try itagain. Read more
Wow just wow!! They literally put paper into the cheesy bread leaving marker ink in it. Also the food was not prepared as... requested. The first time was bad but after this, NEVER AGAIN!! I?m sure it?s great at other locations but not here! Avoid atall cost!! Disgusting.. FYI the comment below from the ?company? result in NOTHING!! Great staff, very nice people but this one guy literally showing his a.. while his peers are assisting customers. Disgusting... and someone needs to talk with him before a customer does, no one wants to see your employees underwear while people are beingassisted. The picture below is when he pulled his pants up and so it doesn't capture what it really looked like. The servicewas GREAT today but this nonchalant individual baffles me; God bless your employees who have to work with him. Read more
We've been here a few dozen times and never have they disappointed us. We get the "make your own" pizza. Plenty of ingredients... to choose from. All fresh. And they employees are always pleasant. I'd recommend. Read more
I generally like eating from Blaze pizza. Today I ordered Caesar salad in my order and while I started eating I realized there... was an insect in the salad. I had to throw away the whole salad entree. I feel disgusting now even looking at the other thingsin the order due to the unhygienic condition in which they might have kept everything. I will never be ordering food from Blazepizza again ever. Read more
Pesto garlic cheesy bread was delicious. Pizza was made within 15 minutes. It was fresh & delicious.
Let's start with the good. I've been doing the Keto diet and found that they offer a Keto crust made from Cauliflower. I added... my meats, tomatoes, mushrooms, and it tasted amazing. Heated the leftovers up in the air fryer the next day and it was as goodas the first day. Didn't appreciate the $4 increased cost, but places tend to price gouge on niche diets. It was amazinglyloud in here, and something kept beeping so loud, as if it was competing with the already loud music. It was hard tocommunicate with the employees, who acted as if they were working there against their wills. I'll be back because there is nowhere else I can get a keto friendly pizza, but the cost $15+ for a casual fast food option and the apathetic attitudes of theemployees will make my visits a bit more spaced out.
