Everything is fine. It?s a fine establishment but I asked the person at the drive thru window if there was sauce in the family... meal box I ordered. She told me yes and when I traveled back 27 minutes I checked and there was no sauce. Kind of upset but thenagain it?s just sauce but she could?ve at least said I think so can you check?? You know? Waited 20 minutes inside... Didn't move in line at all. Nobody was taking orders because they were trying to fill a couple big... ones (maybe). No explanation from staff. Watched lots of people just leave the dining room and the drive thru. Read more
I don?t usually leave post but thought it might be a good idea to do that for this visit. I went for a late lunch, and there is... virtually nobody in there. Still it took them 15 minutes to take my order. I asked several times politely, if someone couldplease take my order. Finally begrudgingly, someone took my order. The food was pretty good. The dining room was not clean.They have a lot of tables and I don?t think they have one clean table in there they clearly aren?t attending to the dining roomat all. The restaurant was well staffed. They had a lot of people in the kitchen having a lot of fun. Disappointing experienceand whoever owns this restaurant I would spend a little time in your restaurant or get a good manager too run this place. Read more
We go here alot and usually dont have problems but today they gave me a supreme box and the tenders were wayyyyy over done. Hurt... my gums to bite into them. The tenders were literally the size if McDonald's nuggets. They forgot my sauce and didnt even giveme my fries. Read more
Ordered 8-piece family box. Not only did they not have the bone-in and had to mix tender with it. They gave us really bad... quality with only 7 pieces. It was super dry and over-fried. This hasn?t been the first time they missed a piece and gave badquality chicken pieces. Probably won?t go back for a while. Read more

First they left out an extra side I ordered on a 10 piece order. I checked the sides after I drove out. When I got home they... left out all the biscuits! Tried calling them 5 times and no one answered. Ridiculous! Read more
