Ordered a Ham and Egg combo. Nothing like biting into a biscuit and discovering that it is undercooked as you now have a mouth... full of thick dough. My return process to have my sandwich replaced with an edible one was met with attitude by the employees, I would have preferred more of a "sir we apologize for that" but that wasn't the case. Waited at drive through for a while to order. No one said well be with you in a moment or anything and they store wasn?t busy... from the outside. Customer service was horrible. Cashier just took my card, and handed it back to me. I said thanks when shegave back my card and food, no response. She didn?t give me all food so I continued to sit.. she looked at me with disgust and Ipolitely said I didn?t get all of my food. She gave me the bag out the window and didn?t say a word. Stopped by there taking my grandson home. Ordered him a kids chicken tender meal & I got a chicken club meal. Well the employees... were nice and friendly, but the food was old & reheated or heated to long. The biscuit in my grandson box was so old & hard, noone but my bully could eat it. My fries were hot & hard, no tomatoes on my club. The chicken club taste more like a old fishclub. I will not go back. They should just close this place down. Read more
Our power has been out since 4:00 a.m. this morning so I came out to get breakfast. Everything was excellent, quick order, food... perfectly hot and tasty. My main reason to leave such a great review is that the young lady on the drive thru speaker and at thewindow was so incredibly pleasant and kind, you don't find that much nowadays. I should've gotten her name, I placed my orderright around 10:40 a.m. on sunday may 22nd so hopefully you'll be able to know which employee it was. It's so nice to be treatedwith such kindness. I was in the service industry for 13 years and it can be tough sometimes with the way customers can be in arush or rude or the demands of service work. You have a gem of an employee in her and I'm hopeful you'll acknowledge that toher. I stopped by to order the chicken sandwich & a side of fries on 12-19-21. It didn't take too long to receive my order. They... definitely can improve on customer service. Did not speak at all. Just took my card, swiped it, & handed it back to me. Probablywouldn't return to this location. (Had an issue w/Google Maps which is why this review is just now being left.) Read more

This location is really stepping it up. I notice much more friendly service in recent visits. Keep it up! Update: I'll let... tge 4 star stand, as I think this experience is night related. Normally, I visit this location during the day. Decided to gamble and went at night about 8:05 on 9/18/2022, by way of drive-thru . I was told they were out of chicken. Not,you'll have to wait. Instead, we're out. I guess they were going to sell dirty rice and tea for the rest of thenight..lol. no more chicken, really translate into we're not going to cook anymore chicken. Bojangles in general is bad aboutthat. I think it's the result of them becoming complacent. I should have listened to my lady and never go to Bojangles at nightand Popeyes instead. Read more
