Staff was highly rude.. came in to dine in. Stood out counter for 8 min to order food, never acknowledged by staff. Finally the... lady came up, said what do you want. Simple two steak biscuits And a tea. I pay, she walks away never saying and just throwsthem on the counter. I wanted some Texas Pete, looked near the beverage island and there wasn?t any so just stood there waitingyet again for some. The other lady acts annoyed that I?m bothering them again.. I ask nicely, and tell them have a niceday. Other aspects of this store. It?s a nice store but staff are not keeping it well clean. Trash and food on counters andfloor. Im hoping the owner sees this so he understand want customers see and experience.. I love bojangles but sad for thisexperience. Read more

I just had the best steak biscuit and Bo rounds in my LIFE about 15 minutes ago. Whoever was back there making them deserves a... reward. What has happened to Bojangles overall? I used to enjoy eating there but every location seems that the drive-thru window is so... rude and inaccuracy of orders is just expected now. The stores inside are never cleaned thoroughly. And not everyone likes spicyfood! Why no longer serve Southern style chicken strips and now no longer cinnamon biscuits? Read more
7:30 am, 9 cars in the drive thru, and the line was not moving. I went inside. Ordered two biscuits and was out the door in 4... minutes! Biscuits were fresh and hot. Read more
This Location needs to START ALL OVER AGAIN.....beginning with Management Training......Staffers pays little to NO attention... when a consumer orders food. Orders are 50-65% INCORRECT once received or items paid for are NOT in the bag upon extending bagoutside of DT window. Read more
I usually don't like Bojangles but I have to say that this location is making me change my mind. The food is always hot and... fresh. The drive thru window staff are so polite and the service is good too. Never have to wait too long. Read more
