Horrible customer service. My order that I had to wait 30 minutes for was completely wrong and cold. When I took it back in, I... had to basically walk behind the counter to even get acknowledged. They had me waiting another 20 minutes, before I grabbed themanager who came out on her phone and wasn?t helpful at all. I got a refund and will never go back to this location again. Waiting a hour in drive thru on 6/5/2022 around 12 o'clock for some half burnt biscuits, why is it ok in the black community for... us to give each poor service? those same individuals working at this bojangles would be extremely mad if they visited aestablishment and received half burnt food they bought for there children so why is it ok for mine? Rude, impatient worker in the drive thru for you to still have to wait half an hour or longer for your food. "Is that all?"... after every order was read off (ordering for a family) if it was all we'd say that was all. Training on customer service andorganization is needed. Don't rush us through the drive through just to sit here and wait. And it's not even packed! Read more
HORRIBLE!!!!! Albemarle/ WT Harris location food service is AWFUL!!!! Unorganized at drive through window and food NOT fresh at... all! Misleading ads in their food products. See pictures below!
