Really bad from the moment I pulled up. The drivethrough was packed so I went inside on a Sun morning around 10am. There was a... huge line inside too with a man taking orders very slowly. I waited nearly 20 min for my food which was a #3 combo, a sausagebiscuit and fries. Finally when I got my food I was missing one of the fries. So I went up and they gave me my fries. When Idrove home to eat my sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit had no sausage. lol Read more

I have seen the reviews and I can clearly agree with the majority. Definitely quality has gone downhill. Fries are hard enough... to hurt teeth. Very old. It must be okay because there is not a courtesy response for any of these reviews. You know the we aresorry to hear you were not satisfied??? They stopped caring all across the board. I am not sure if it is the young staff or no Leadership. Drive thru food not fresh wrong order. Went inside today staff not... Customer focused fries too hard for my children to eat. I give up on this location. McDonald's has moved next door and I wastold Taco Bell is coming. My kids like both so we will probably go there are to another Bojangles. Read more
