No one working there seems to care or want to even be there. To be fair, if the wages are awful I don't blame them. Staff... working the register would repeatedly walk away or good around while those in the back seemed to be actually working. Food wasaverage. Only thing good was the mashed potatoes. Was in Charlotte for the week and wanted to give Bojangles a try for the first time. I ran out of time, so I had to settle for... the airport location. I have never been treated so poorly by a restaurant employee. Food was prepped and put into bag and box. The employee who was... supposed to be handing food to customers continued to flirt and talk with another airport employee.(non customer who she wasgiving a cup of ice to) I let the employee know my food was sitting there (as it had sat for two min) and asked if I couldplease get it as I needed to get to my next flight. Employee said that wasn?t her problem and continued on and on. The airportemployee that she was talking to was so embarrassed by her blantant disrespect that he apologized to me. Ever rude, mouthy staff. Interacting with an arguing customer. Instead of simply ringing up the customer. Same customer had been... at the counter for over 8 minutes. Also they have hired one guy to make drinks and hand the food over. He is so lazy he doesn?teven make the drinks until the food is ready and is super slow at it. Visited my first Bojangles during a layover at CLT. Cashier was very sweet and accommodating, offering her opinions for a first... time customer. Sandwich was nice along with the 4 piece. Sides were much better than expected. The Boberry biscuits reallysurprised us, nice and flavourful. I'd recommend giving Bojangles a shot, great chicken. Read more
