Ordered from here twice. The first time being earlier in the day, and the food was great! This time I ordered after dark and the... chicken was good? but the sides seemed like they were just thrown together. Corn didn?t taste up to par, and the macaroni andcheese was really soupy. My bread that was supposed to be with my order was not received in either of my orders. I ordered abottled lemonade drink, and on both occasions I received 2 fountain cups of lemonade instead. Wow! First time ever trying their tenders. I can just eat the tenders and call it a meal. As always I love their creamed... spinach. Also received a brownie with our meal. It was so good with extra chocolate. Thank You Boston Market for making ourdinner delightful.???? Read more
I will never come to this place again. I showed up in a Sunday (9/18/22) at 5:30pm only to find out that the business is closed... with open lights lit up. I called the customer service line only to speak to someone that I couldn?t understand and he couldn?treally understand me. While waiting in the parking lot talking to a representative of Boston Market. 8 other vehicles pulled upwanting to purchase food as well but was unable. I called the Matthew?s location only to get a constant busy signal and a hangup. Very unsatisfied with Boston Market. Read more
The food was good, but the service wasn?t. Placed an order today and was told the chicken wouldn?t be ready for 40-60 minutes. I... said that?s okay I can wait, I needed to get some groceries anyway, so placed my order and arrived back exactly 50 minuteslater. Upon arriving the employee apologized and said it would be another 20-30 minutes. I was a bit annoyed but I understoodsometimes these things happen so I waited in the parking lot and watched some videos until 25 minutes had passed. This timeafter going in I was told it would be another 40 minute wait. Finally after waiting 2 hours I received my food. I understandthings come up, and I understand that food takes time to cook, what I don?t understand is how anything causes 40 minutes to turninto 2 hours when waiting for food. Absolutely terrible. After arriving in line and no one was there, we waited for 20 literal minutes for our food that was gross.... We watched as 4 people stood around and the same girl that took the order was forced to multitask until patrons came into thelobby, which the made everyone else move?. The entree salad bowl wouldn?t close, so they just stacked the other food on top totry to hold it down and the side salads lettuce was hot? Not to mention, this is the quality of the tomato on a sandwich.. justsloppy and unappetizing. Hadn?t been here in years, and apparently this is why? I won?t ever be back, that?s for sure. Read more
This restaurant needs to be removed from all online service listings. Could not place an online order, would not answer the... phone. My family has always used this location so I drove down to the store. They appear to be closed down. Place looks run downand it?s a shame for people like myself who drove fifteen miles to purchase a large family meal. Very disappointed. For therecord, in the fifteen minutes trying to figure out what to get for my family, I have seen Sixteen cars come in trying to eathere. Read more
There were only two people working! The food was fabulous, and they were very nice, but the dining room was a mess. The trash... was piled so high that customers were setting it on the drink bar counter. The tables were dirty. Read more
After dodging the giant pothole in front of the store and wondering if they were open as their open sign wasn't lit and the... front door was open, I sat for a moment at the drive thru with no acknowledgement and barely able to read the menu as theplastic was scratched up. After placing my order and driving around to the window I sat for a moment without acknowledgementuntil my food was ready, then I paid to a less than enthusiastic employee. During lunch, around 1pm, there were only a coupleof cars in the lot, no one in drive thru. I ordered the 8 piece rotisserie nugget combo. The nuggets are not great looking, Iknow marketing photos don't show us truth but the color was uninspiring. They are salty with brine and nothing else, but I didhave 8 pieces, some small some nice sized. I was not asked about a sauce and was given what I guess is the house sauce, whichtastes a lot like thousand island dressing, nothing I'd want with my nuggets, myself. I ordered unsweetened tea and after a sipI realized I either had sweet tea or the containers had been mixed at some point but it was weak, the color was, like thenuggets, uninspiring and I didn't bother to drink more. My side was mac and cheese, it is standard but somehow more saltybthanthe nuggets. It was disappointing as I hadn't been to a Boston Market in some time and now I really have no desire to again.
