I went to a friend's birthday dinner at Buffalo wild wings. Everyone ordered their food before me but I got mines before theirs.... I ordered fried pickles six wings and a salad. My food was on the table in 3 minutes. Literally. I know you all had alreadycooked that food. I Paid $9 for the fried pickles to only receive 10 fried pickles. Where they do that at. One of the weirdest experiences at BWW so they charged $10 to get in because a boxing fight was happening even if you didn't... stay to watch. It was the empties I had ever seen a BWW. This location knows their food is awful and chooses to market themselves on Door Dash under the name "Bird Dawgs". You got me... this time, thanks for the "generous" serving of beer cheese with my pretzel nuggets. I doubt this contained any substance withthe chemical makeup of beer or cheese. Read more
Positive rating is due to Manager NOT waitress. Upon entering we were taken to bar area where there were only high top tables.... When my daughter asked to be seated at a dining table or booth because I'm a diabetic and my feet would swell from dangling froma bar stool, she replied...if you want that type of seating, come back at 4pm when that section is open. My daughter noticed onelow top table in the bar area only when they seated a couple there after we were told we had no other option. To that shereplied, sorry, didn't see that table. My daughter asked to speak to the Manager who apologized and seated us in a regulardining table. He personally took our order, delivered our appetizer and meal. He checked regularly to see if we needed anythingthroughout the meal. Brought us to go containers and took our check with payment. Great Manger but with staff needing sometraining in customer service and simple courtesy. Service from Manager was excellent. Food was wonderful. Read more
If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible service, dirty tables and cold food. This place when it first opened was pretty... decent, but it?s horrible now. Took 20 mins got our drinks, the food runner threw our food on the table, and brought out randomfood at random times. Our waitress was really trying, and the bus boy was pleasant but the other people that worked there werelazy, slow, and apathetic. I watched the gir in the back kitchen walk out eating mouthfuls of food every time she exited thekitchen while scratching her head. I ordered a Chipotle BBQ bone in wings thinking they were going to be wet and when I got home and opened the box they were a dry... rub wing. I also got feathers on my wings and they had dry rub also take a look... I think in this Era of pandemic, foodsafety needs to be 100%. When I ordered I guess I should have said "without feathers". Was expecting a typical online order. Gave them 30 mins to prep. Showed up and was told "5 more minutes." Ten mins later it was... "sorry we gave it to the floor." I asked for a refund but they couldn't figure out how to do it, so they scribbled on a receiptand said it had to go through corporate. I'll be following up on this... Read more
