Atmosphere is nice. But the music is a bit loud. And it is small. All the flavors are amazing. The Statff are friendly. The food... is cooked to order. Expect $20 a person. The food is wonderful; the b.b. Wrap needed more sauce but still it was awesome. Thefries are on another level! The seasoning and fry sauce is wonderful. Slightly over priced though. But in all a good treat. Read more

Like other reviews, the food served in this restaurant was not bad at all. It tasted homemade korean style food like bulgogi and... spicy pork. The korean style chciken appetizer also good. Recommend to eat here. Note: the spicy pork is a little bit spicy. Read more

UPDATE: this place is the best for beef bulgogi dare I say it in the entire Charlotte area!! I tried at least three other... places. It's cooked perfectly not overcooked and not under seasoned. With very generous potions. So delicious and fresh! I gotBeef Bulgogi Box, topped with a fried egg, and 2 Korean Corn Dog Mozzarella & Fish Sausage. They are very good but be remindedthat they are sweet and sweeter than normal corn dogs! Love this place so far yummy ???? Read more

A contemporary take on Korean cuisine. There's a full bar and a few tables outside in front. Like a lot of places now, the menu... is completely online, which is fine except it was a little cumbersome scrolling through the choices on a little phone screen. It's not obvious when the server offers kimchee for a side that there's an upcharge. 2 of us shared the smoked fish sausage"Korean corn dog", but the sausage was very small and we'd probably not order it again for $6. The dinner entrees all start at$15 (lunch seems to be generally a dollar cheaper). For the same price of $16.50, we preferred the BB wrap over the Korean FriedChicken Bowl. Anything tastes good in a scallion pancake, whereas the "fried chicken" was just ok. I eat and cook a lot ofAsian food, so I'm pretty picky when it is $$. Might try it again and just get the wrap, depending on how easy it is to findparking in South End! Read more

Tried Bulgogi Box for the first time today. Got Potstickers to start and they were fantastic. Wife got the chicken Bulgogi Box... and I got the beef Bulgogi Box. Both meals were amazing and I would highly recommend! Read more

I was so excited to see that Bulgogi Box has Korean corn dogs on the menu. I was surprised to learn the corn dogs are coated in... sugar, but that didn't stop me from ordering another. The honey butter wings were also good. Read more

Ordered the beef bulgogi bowl with a side of kimchi through UberEATS. It hit the spot. You definitely need the kimchi to round... out the meal. If you’re looking for authentic Korean food (where you get 10 little bowls of banchan with your order, youwon’t find that here. Just fyi. Read more

As a seasoned traveler and foodie who has had the privilege of traveling to South Korea, I was deeply impressed by Bulgogi Box!... My partner and I came for date night and ordered drinks and 4 dishes which totaled to about $70 (without tip) - extremelyreasonable! The frites were perfectly crispy and the spicy aioli was a great accompaniment. The boneless Korean fried chickenwas extraordinarily crunchy, doused in a tangy sauce with some heat. The kimchi was fabulous. And the spicy pork bulgogi boxbowl was my favorite! The meat was tender and well seasoned with the perfect amount of fat rendered, on top of a bed of soft, warm white rice that was mixed in the sauce that went over the pork. I rarely finish my entire plate when I go out to eat. Forthe first time in memory, I did so here! We will definitely be back for more! I also want to call out that I’ve seen somereviews that personally don’t make sense to me around: price and negative critique of food. Perhaps my opinion is different asI’ve had the chance to try remarkable food in South Korea, but to me, Bulgogi Box is as close as you can get for affordableand delicious Korean food in Charlotte. Sure, you can go to a fancy and upscale place like MOA (also a favorite of mine) for anexpensive and high quality meal that is traditional KBBQ, but you can also enjoy Korean food that is just as delicious here!I’ve lived in this area for 10 years and I’m glad to see that there are finally some good options for my favorite cuisine! Ithink sometimes people can be selfish and harsh in their reviews and I’ve seen some that were borderline rude about this place- about how if you have previously had Korean food, this isn’t worth it, and I absolutely disagree. I’ve had great Koreanfood in Atlanta and NYC, and Charlotte is now catching up to other cities that have more of a “scene” for Asian cuisine. Iam always glad to support small businesses working hard to make it through a brutal time in this pandemic and make it a po Read more
