Delicious juicy crafted gourmet burgers with a selection of sauces. Large adjacent parking garage makes getting in and out... convenient. Their crispy fries might well be my favorite in Charlotte! We shared the toffee milkshake- yum! Food is servedfresh to your table and the servers bus your table for you. Super polite and friendly service. The food was great! Burgers made to order, I got mine medium and it was so juicy. Fries were delicious, they were like... shoestring fries and you got plenty of them. They have a set selection of fountain drinks. You order at the counter, take anumber and your order is delivered to the table. I didn't realize it would be that way and didn't expect to give a tip. If youare a tipper, make sure to bring cash or prepare to tip on your receipt. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Read more
This was my first time. The crunchy chic. Absolutely delicious. Moist. The fries are shoe string & hot. The milk shake... (strawberry shortcake) OMG! I've been back already for a 2nd time. Customer service was great, but the food was good but not the best. Buffalo chicken was okay? so far best one is Publix However... the spicy shrimp sandwich was pretty good and unique super messy but really good! The regular bacon cheese burger honestly itwas not that good? cook out it?s better. If I come back I would only get the shrimp one that one was worth the money also thefries :) Read more

Well, fast food yes, it very healthy yes but everyone liked it. It was clean, food was good and the stuff were polite and... service oriented. We have a bunch of picky eaters and they all would come back anytime. I might not just because of thenutritional value though. Read more
