When taking our payment, he continued with great use of his voice and demeanor making the experience easy and gave usoptions, made it easier and fast to complete our order. That was followed by an equally great experience with the window serverat that moment, Jerry. He was very joyful and treated us with humor and respect at the same time. I went to Burger King and wanted the lady at the drive thru to explain to me what your chepeast chicken sandwhich was. She had a... nasy attitude and told me to look at menu. She said we have several chicken sandwhichs, just pick a number. (Chick-fil-a wouldnever!) I then chose a number and then the lady told my me good bye and that she wasn't going to serve me. I asked to speak witha manager and she said she was the manager. Where did you get this great value version generic brand manager from? I let herknow that I was going to call corporate and she Ok! I was feening for a whopper Jr. and decided to go to the hood Burger King to kill my craving. However all I did was kill my time... as it was only one vehicle ahead of me and I was in line for over ten minutes until I decided to drive off. The first red flagwas after placing my order and hearing " dats all? Pull around" Customer Service is a thing of the past. After leaving, making au-turn and passing the restaurant I looked over to see the same vehicle at the window...perhaps it would have been a good ideato ask them to pull up and service the long line your poor customer service created. I placed a small order via the app on 12-26-21. I ordered a big fish sandwich using accumulated rewards points and a side... salad. There was a wait inside of the restaurant. Once my order was called, the woman told me that they no longer served salads& I'd need to request a refund via the app. I immediately requested the refund. It appeared that whoever was handling therequest did not speak English as their first language. They had an issue understanding what I was requesting until I sent ascreenshot of the email receipt I'd received after completing my order. I received the refund on 01-02-22. What you seepictured is exactly what I saw once I took the fish sandwich out of the bag. Whoever wrapped it knew the lettuce looked likethat on the outside & chose to leave it that way. The lettuce didn't appear to be fresh. I stopped here because I was at anearby business, but I'm not sure I would return. (Had an issue w/Google Maps which is why this review is just now being left.) The wait time was not long staff was friendly fries and jalapeño poppers were still hot and fresh when I arrived @ home..... first and last time going to this location. i put in an online order and headed to the restaurant where there is a line of about... 8 cars infront of me which was no problem, or so i thought. it took them 10 mins per car. i waited for an entire hour before igot to the window and they literally told me they didn?t even have my order even though at the drive through speaker they saidthey did. so i had to re order and wait another 10 mins for some food that was cold. i work in the service industry so iunderstand that things happen sometimes but this was the most ridiculous experience i?ve had at any restaurant ever Read more
