Ghetto as he11! Music so loud that they can't even hear customers. Zero professionalism or customer service.
17 min to be acknowledged at drive through, took my order and said hold on for a minute. 5 more minutes went by and I asked if... they had gotten my order. They said they didn't know anyone was there. I gave them my order again. There was a huge line behindme and no one in front of me. Fries were not cooked all the way and had no seasoning. Read more

I rarely ever come to this location, and today I learned why. Beside the distance, the customer service, or lack thereof was... atrocious. The BK by me (Central) was only accepting cash, so I came to the SP location. Never again. I asked at the microphoneif they were accepting cards or if it was cash only. The cashier responded sarcastically, to which I still kept my cool. Got tothe window and she just stared at me. I spoke first because clearly they don't teach customer service at this location. Maybehire more personable teenagers because the girl with the light brown, extra long braid is NOT IT. Read more
The tall black guy that always works the drive-thru is incredibly rude. I've been to this burger king many times and it's always... the same guy with a bad attitude no matter the time of day. The sad part is I think he's a manager. It's one thing that thelocation looks nasty. It's another to be nasty and have rude service. I don't recommend anyone spend their money here Read more
Extremely busy and Very short handed ! The few that showed up for work were Amazing ! I was concerned about young lady dragging... and then climbing on chair to fill up ice. Manager seemed to have trouble getting food in bags and out to customers & wascomplaining loud enough for us to hear and we did not want to hear, we wanted to see action. She disappeared and the cashier anddrive thru cashier teamed up they knocked it out in 10min.We were all impressed with their team work ! Read more
This Burger King just opened after its renovation. Ot looks great! Its clean, open, lots of space, the new furniture looks... great. I really like. They have cheesy tots and tacos. They have breakfast, the french toast sticks are my favorite. You shouldvisit them the drive through is fast and everyone is always pleasant. Thanks for another great visit. Read more
