I love getting food at Cava when we are not in the mood to cook. Much healthier option than other places, reasonably priced, and... the service is great too. Great experience and I definitely love the concept! CAVA seems similar in concept to Chipotle but with a Mediterranean spin.... The ingredients also seem to be elevated as well. I really love the food and drink options. I got the bowl with greens andgrains and then added beef meatballs. I would have loved to get the lamb, but they were out at the time. The ample portion sizesprovided enough food to be satisfied. The drinks were such a cool surprise? the sodas are all Maine Root organic. There arealso a lot of non-soda/ flavored water options. As a frequent patron of Cava, it is always refreshing to walk in and be greeted by smiling faces and a warm welcome. The staff... is simply exquisite and the food is some of the best in the area. However, there was a young lady who served me today thatparticularly stood out. Jacquelyn was very thoughtful and attentive when I was ordering and even gave me some recommendations ofwhich dressings would go well with my bowl. That attention to detail is what makes the Cava employees top notch. Everything is good from time to time depends on staff. Today at 6.15 pm I picked up my order didn't check what's in the bag. ... And in my bowl there were barely no rice but plenty other toppings. Didn't get any sauce or pita both were in my order. I get that Cava craving all the time! Everything is fresh and while it can be a little bit intimidating, I like the option to... create my own bowl. Foodie Tip: you can select a half order of 2 proteins. Game changer! Try the spicy lamb meatballs & falafel.(Shown) The downside is I don't really think this location has been consistent with their pick-up orders, so I've only beendoing dine in. I eat at cava quite often, foods always delicious and fresh! But the customer service is horrible?. Last week I ordered online... from cava, when I went to pick up my food the representative at the window told me the app wasn?t working and they didn?treceive my order even though I was charged for what I ordered. I showed the representative my receipt via email and he stillsaid he couldn?t give me the food I ordered and I would have to call my bank to get the charge disputed. Today I went to cavaagain hoping for a better experience? ordered online went to pick up my food. When I got home which was a 28 minute drive, mybowl was only half full and was missing my pita bread??. I decided to go back to cava to get my food remade When I got therethe window representative told me that?s their potion sizes and he would not remake my food. I asked to speak for the generalmanager which the window representative told me they were ?unavailable?. I then explained to him I eat at cava weekly and theportions were definitely off and I just wanted my food remade which he finally agreed to remake my food. Cava employees need tobe trained better and understand the customer is always right. The employee should never argue with the customer especially ifcava is in the wrong. Even though cava is delicious and healthy I would not recommend eating at this location especially if youvalue time, money and customer service. Read more
