I went to the location in Northlake mall.I was debating on getting a Chicken Philly or going to Showmers. So I got the philly..... It was so good and juicy. The customer service I received was great. The older lady was very pleasant and talked to me as if shehad been knowing me. Definitely worth posting the review. Read more
The employees were nice, but the food was disappointing and disgusting. I should?ve known it was going to be unpleasant when 5... seconds after I ordered it was done. The cheese was barely melted and the veggies were still raw. All I tasted was mayo it hadabsolutely no flavor. It was put together like they didn?t care. Never again at this location. Read more
Food was ok. The staff was rude and hateful. The guy behind me asked for no cheese on his sandwich. It didn?t get rang up that... way. The guy making the food was very nice and working very hard. I?ve had pretty decent experiences here with the food. The customer service is not the same experience. The staff here are... mostly unfriendly. Customer service needs to be improved. I feel like the customer should feel welcome rather than aninconvenience. Read more
Ordered my normal philly cheesy but from a different location by way of Uber eats. The food was not even sealed closed.... Definitely not eating this. This is something terrible. And I?m surprised that Uber eats allowed this. Where is quality customerservice when you pay over priced amounts. South Park mall location is where this came from. Food is fairly good, but was better when this location was The Great Steak and Potato. Prices are high for the quality of food... offered. Far better philly subs are sold in south Charlotte area Greek style family restaurants for right around the sameprices as here, if not cheaper. Food preparation time here is slow in comparison to other restaurants in the SouthPark foodcourt. Staff often seems overworked and unfriendly at times. Also, I won?t be writing to corporate orshareyourstuff@charleys.com, as is suggested in the management?s response to many of the Google reviews for this restaurant, asI only post my reviews through this particular medium. Good restaurants can make positive changes based on a variety of reviewtypes other than those the management prefers to read. Read more
I've eaten twice at the South Park location and both times my food was amazing! I would come here again.
