Some items were incorrect or missing in my order. They also bagged my yogurt with my hot food causing it to be warm and gave me... a pack of open granola. I had to ask the cashier to speak with the manager twice before she actually got someone and she did noteven get the manager, she got another staff member. The trainer had to ask a manager to came out. The only bright side is thatthe trainer was very polite and he corrected the order. After asking for a manager three times and returning their mistakenorder, they finally gave me what I paid for. I suggest going to another location if you want your order right the first time. The people working here I dealt with don?t seem to give care too many high school kids working I guess. Sitting in the drive... thru line for 20 minutes now. It?s not moving, and I have had the chance to hear chatter from different employees EG: one girltaking orders in the drive thru was saying have a goodnight to a coworker who was leaving and also yelled to them: ?at leastyou?re not stuck here like me? like if you?re not happy at a job, then fine, work elsewhere. Like I don?t want unhappy employeesmaking my food. The other person taking orders, the guy is chitchatting with a friend in the car in front of me, like I don?tmind ppl socializing that?s normal but it?s not a good look when you?re business is this backed up. You should be chitchattingwith the customers like me who are annoyed to be stuck in the drive thru line. I understand being short staffed is exhausting toemployees but don?t paint such a bad picture for others. The guy at the receipt stand was nice. The rest is just not a goodlook. When I finally got the food it was all crammed into a small/medium white bag looked like it was about to bust, I did askfor a larger bag. Fries all sticking out the top, grilled chicken sandwich box smashed like a pancake the nuggets under that boxsmashed even more. Fries were soggy btw. Just another very aggravating experience for me. I enjoy the food at any Chick-fil-A; but eating here gave me one of the worst food poisoning?s I?ve ever experienced in my life.... I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. Also, the accuracy of my orders are kinda low here. Read more
im sorry I love Chick-fil-A but this location needs to get it together! The last 3 times i have been here they have gave me an... incorrect order and not only that, I order the same thing each time I come and the price is always different. Please, for thelove of god figure it out! Read more
Chic fil A is a favorite for my kids. This location used to be great, but has really declined. We waited an excessive time in... the drive through with very little movement. Two cars behind us backed away and drove off. We were able to back out of theline, park and go inside. The two employees at the counter looked personally disheveled and were totally uninspired to bethere. I commented to the individual who waited on us that the drive through is very busy. He said they have no help, the jobsucks, they don't pay well and he'll be leaving in a couple of weeks. Well....good morning to you as well!! I'm disappointedfor this location. Staff used to be great; seems leadership and support was missing. I was left wondering where the franchiseewas when it is so obvious how lacking everything has become. Food was fair at best. Not a good indicator when kids comment onlack of quality. I truly hope they regain the standards that is so expected at Chic fil A. Read more

I went here after visiting my friend Tony a couple weeks ago. It hit the spot, their food at Chick Fil A was amazing, always... on-point! The staff was friendly and top notch on their service, as shouldn't be expecting anything less. Read more
Very poor customer service, had to wait for five minutes by the counter to get a carry out drink that they forgot to put with my... order. Employees walking around and watching me, not having a care in the world. Will not be returning. Read more
