I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was visiting Charlotte from Cary and was shopping in the mall. My sister likes Chick-fil-A... as do I. I was telling her about the excellent service we get in Cary and decided to get food at this location. The cashier wasnot pleasant. We were both wearing our masks and I have a Jamaican accent ( which is not that thick) so I understood when shehad an issue understanding what I was saying. What I didn?t appreciate was her and the lady whom she called to assists behavior.Not sure if she was the supervisor but she whispered something to the cashier and they both laughed and rolled their eyes. If itwasn?t for my sister I would have canceled the order. Now I?m back in Cary getting the great service I?m use to. Read more

Extremely slow and poor service. I went there the other day to get some fries. 2 cashiers, one texting and the other one staring... out in space like I wasn't even there. I asked if i could order and he took my order. I then saw the unmasked man in the backtake the already cooked fries in the tray and dump them back into the basket and recook. I took my fries back to my work andthey were very crunchy. I called Chik Fil A and asked to speak with Tony the owner (knowing very well he was probably notthere, because the service is much better when he is there.). I spoke with Kimberly and she said that is not standard practiceto re cook fries and she would address it, not offering me any fresh fries. I didn't ask for them either since the service andthe poor health precautions the employees take do not meet my standards. Read more
