Consistently bad. They diabetes bomb us with sugared drinks when we order no sugar. The drive through is a s-show. They short us... food. After a 30 minute wait today, no sauces and no cheese or bacon on my sandwich. They shorted us 4 nuggets and the frieshave been gross the last 3 times we've visited. Shame on me for going back. There's another one a mile down the road inBlakeney. Go there. This place needs new management. Read more
Order food last night and found a hair in my wife's deluxe chicken under the cheese. I then realized that they forgot to put... lettuce on both sandwiches as well. I called to see if they would correct it but was forced to leave a message for call back.Cool. No big deal. They are always top notch. Well after waiting for a phone call I decided to call back to get the itemscorrected. I spoke with a shift lead who really didn't want to help. I asked for a refund and was told they don't do refunds. Itwas a online order. I simply wanted a refund for the one sandwich with the hairy cheese and the other sandwich because it wasn'tmade to satisfaction as they promise. Shift lead offered a free sandwich for the one that had hair in it but said they ran outof lettuce it was beyond her control on the other sandwich. 1st time I've not ever had superfantastic customer service at aChick-fil-A. Cold food, poor service, total waste of $. Three cars that pulled in after me had their orders taken before me. The girl in the... window spent a couple of minutes chatting with the car in front of me AFTER they got their food. My sandwich was totally roomtemperature when I finally got it. There was a ton of condensation inside the bag, so it was also wet. When I went inside to geta fresh sandwich, that was cold, too. I ended up throwing it away because there?s no way it was in the temperature safety zone(140+). I go to the drive-thru because of a mobility impairment which makes it incredibly painful to walk. It?s not good when Ihave to use up some my few steps a day on such a total waste. The only positive is that I only got a sandwich so I didn?t throwaway too much money. The quality and service has gone down at this location. My mom and I errors with my past two orders. The management refuses to... provide a refund. She was offered a cookie or brownie after they told her to pull out of the drive thru to wait for her order.After 10-15 minutes, she walked in. I had items forgotten, returned to the store, and the manager refused to refund, chucked thesalad into the trash, and offered new ones. His demeanor was not customer friendly. I recommend the Blakeney or Waverlylocations. This used to be a great location until recently. Read more

Usually this Chick-fil-A is top notch, well ran, clean, efficient, and friendly. Todays experience was much the opposite- the... person who brought my curb side order was not friendly in the least, barely grunted a my pleasure after I thanked her. Nowthat?s not worth a negative review by any means, I frequent this Chick-fil-A way more than I care to admit (it?s a problem) andI?ve never had an issue with staff, I?m only mentioning it because I needed to come write this review for another reason. Todaywhen I was eating my chicken sandwich I felt something weird and managed to choke this plastic embedded into the chicken backup?. Sorry for the gross photos. Went through the drive thru after making a mobile delivery and they completely missed my 5 piece kids meal. Had to go back... around and get in line again. Get to the window and let the lady know I didn?t get my kids meal. The lady came back with the 5piece nuggets but not the fry so again we had to tell her we were missing the whole kids meal. Read more
