Play area is STILL CLOSED. Selected this one specifically for the play area to give our toddler a break during a road trip. Not... only is the play area closed, but it looks like they turned it into another break room for the employees, so it doesn?t lookusable as a play area anytime soon. Disappointed. Read more

The worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. This was a Saturday morning, I spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru line and... the line was not even that long. The dining room was closed so all their help should have been focused on the drive thru. Ifthis is the best they can do I can't imagine going there when it is open. Read more

2 meals wasted yesterday, literally threw them away and could not eat them. Ended up at McDonald?s after that visit. Both... sandwich?s were so over cooked it was like chewing rubber. The fries were severely cold. The manager said she would call back at2PM yesterday and never did. I demand a refund. I do not want another meal from this location ever again. It also states on theapp that refunds are available, to contact the store directly and the manager got smart with me and said they don?t. DO NOT cometo this location. Customer service sucks and they only give 1 sauce. Read more

I hate having to start my day with leaving a negative review. I ate breakfast at a different Chick FIL A for the last 12 months... Monday through Friday. It's the South Blvd location that is closing down for remodeling. Every employee there would cheer mymood up each morning and it was a great start to the day and I am so thankful! So I have to eat at the Waverly location since itis the closest, so far every day that I've ordered the same bowl I get each morning, I get a bowl that looks like it was quicklymade and half the normal serving size. I don't understand the point of eating breakfast if it only leads to disappointment atthis location. Staff is friendly, but more attention to the product that they sell/serve is expected. Read more
