Worst customer service ever. Not once have I came here and heard ?my pleasure?. Everyone here has a nasty attitude, especially... the Latina lady that works here. She always has a nasty expression on her face and is just flat out unpleasant. This location is the only Chick-fil-A I?ve ever had bad service at. The lady taking my order couldn?t understand what I was... saying and rolled her eyes at me the entire time I ordered. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Also they were not busy at allbut the entire staff was tripping over/running into each other as if they had 100 orders to make. Very unorganized and the staffis just mean. I will never come back to this location ever again. UPDATE: I was at the mall food court again today and I walkedpast this location. Overheard a few customers saying they were messing up more orders and being rude. I work part time at a luxury store at the mall. We treat our clients with top service and priority. Anyone who works at south... park, or anyone visiting, please do not go here. I went there last night, which was Ssturday, to order drinks for some memberson my team. They spit in our drinks. We ordered tea which was not made yet. They took it to the back to fill it. I got back andnoticed there was spit in it. Never before have I felt so disgusted in my life. I am definitely calling the corporate line. Soif you work at the mall, or are visiting, do not get drinks from there or eat there. The staff is also rude. Every person whoworks at the mall has had issues with this eatery. Go to Showmars or Panera. There are healthier options and the service is topknotch. Read more

Home for a family emergency and went to pickup my mother a chicken sandwich and she want to try it grilled and some grilled... nuggets. Placed my order on my app and ran over to the mall to pickup our food. The drinks were wrong, there was not a singlesauce in the bag, not even salt. Definitely not impressed, my father works at the mall and he says it happens to him all thetime. Will permanently mark this location off the list when in town visiting. Two thumbs down. Read more
Absolutely shocked at how rude and unfriendly these folks were. The Hispanic lady at the register has a horrible attitude and I... actually watched her roll her eyes at a gentleman and his son ordering. Never experienced this at any Chick Fil A location. Read more
