Did they offer me a drink or anything considering I've been waiting 30... min inside for my food that was supposed to be delivered to the car ? Should close the doors! Waited 15 minutes to be seated. The whole time we waited never saw a single employee of Chili?s. Finally... a hostess came out to seat us only to say there was a 15 minute wait. Counted only 9 customers in building. I order food from this restaurant online on 5/15. I received notifications that everything should be fine for pickup. When I... arrived at the restaurant and it was closed due to maintenance. Since that day and I can't get anyone on the phone to issue me arefund. They are still closed as of 5/20 I hope someone reads this before ordering their food. We were seated without menus and after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the table, we got up and found menus for... ourselves. Finally someone came for our orders. When our appetizer came, she didn't bring plates. We asked her for them butshe never brought them. Some guy came to the table with drink refills and we asked him for plates and he brought them out. Ourwaitress came back with our meal, which for me was a cheeseburger that had no cheese on it. I tried to get my waitress'attention when she was in the dining room three separate times but i couldn't get her to look our way. That guy came back laterand he brought my burger back to be cheesed.
