Took literally an hour from order to getting appetizer . Did they offer me a drink or anything considering I've been waiting 30... min inside for my food that was supposed to be delivered to the car ? Love how they ask for a tip when completing your order soyou don't get to pay for the service accordingly ???? Should close the doors! Waited 15 minutes to be seated. The whole time we waited never saw a single employee of Chili?s. Finally... a hostess came out to seat us only to say there was a 15 minute wait. Counted only 9 customers in building. I order food from this restaurant online on 5/15. I received notifications that everything should be fine for pickup. When I... arrived at the restaurant and it was closed due to maintenance. Since that day and I can't get anyone on the phone to issue me arefund. They are still closed as of 5/20 I hope someone reads this before ordering their food. Chili's should stop orders frombeing placed online if they are not going to be open. Read more
We were here celebrating my husband new business accomplishments . Our waitress was great! Our service was a bit slow and we... were the only persons in the restaurant for about 20 mins but we did understand they were under staffed. Overall our meals wasfresh hot and delicious and we actually had good drinks not all juice and ice. Read more
Me and my cousin went here to grab lunch. I?m not a Chili?s fan but I haven?t been in some years. This location only has one... person working the whole inside dining. She seats you, she works the bar, takes the order and seat more people. Although shehandled the pressure well you can tell she was overwhelmed and here attitude and energy wasn?t there it was just blah. Shestated that she has to do it alone everyday which is extremely sad. So of course with all that said the food took forever tocome out and I mean forever 50minutes exact which was very frustrating. The fajitas was decent meaning the shrimp and steaknothing special at all. Looks better than it tasted. The pico and guacamole was old. The table behind us sent it back and Iheard the worker say it?s probably just old. Don't order curbside they never bring your food out my food was supposed to be ready a 1:05 and it's 1:28 now I have not gotten... my food every single time I order curbside I end up having to go inside and that defeats the purpose of ordering curbside whenthey never bring your food out. And I paid for my food already online poor customer service. That are very slow and understaffed. Read more
We were seated without menus and after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the table, we got up and found menus for... ourselves. Finally someone came for our orders. When our appetizer came, she didn't bring plates. We asked her for them butshe never brought them. Some guy came to the table with drink refills and we asked him for plates and he brought them out. Ourwaitress came back with our meal, which for me was a cheeseburger that had no cheese on it. I tried to get my waitress'attention when she was in the dining room three separate times but i couldn't get her to look our way. That guy came back laterand he brought my burger back to be cheesed.
