We visited on a Saturday evening around 6:30p.m. and we're excited to see it was not very crowded. We stood by the host stand... for a few minutes as there was not a host and the wait staff just kind of looked over at us and kept with their conversationwith each other! Finally someone comes over and offers us a booth, but needs to be cleaned first. We had no problem with thatuntil we saw first hand how they cleaned.... they took a dry napkin and wiped the food pieces off the table, that's it! No sprayto disinfect, no wet towel to wipe down the table or the seats... just a dry napkin! The food was quick and delicious. We ordered DoorDash and this was my son?s kids meal?.burnt old tenders and cold overcooked fries. I had to cook him a whole... different meal. You all have to do better. Why would you give this to someone, knowing good & well that you wouldn?t eat it. Read more
Very nice location, and always reasonable prices. Customer service was really really nice, the waiter made sure I had everything... and continuously came back to check on me during my meal. There are many options to choose from in that area as far as food butChili's is always a great option it's inexpensive if you're eating for one and they also have specials for two or more. Shrimpalfredo is amazing and it comes with a slice of garlic bread. All the appetizers are very good. I was a little upset they do nothave mozzarella cheese sticks instead they have cheese curds which I didn't get. The salad could be a little bit bigger for aside salad but it is very delicious. Everything was green nothing was watery in the salad. The desert was also amazing thechocolate chip cookie with ice cream next time next time I'll get it without the chocolate drizzle because I'm not a chocolatefan but the whole dessert was delicious. The manager was arguementative ,combative ,and rude! My steak was WAY over well, and I had ordered it mid rare.. The pasta /... alfredo was off/ turned and had a spoiled milk flavor/ pungent aroma. This may have been the shrimp.. My party and I originallyhad a military discount applied to the entire check( Both of us guys are Marines and when I asked to have my Steak taken off thetab I was given just $4 off the tab and the manager removed the military discount from everyone else's meal! Not cool since mybuddy had just left with his wife. I finally gave up trying to explain the situation & wasn't going to argue the point anylonger since my bill had actually gone up!! So finally my wife, daughter, and myself left after paying. I actually have neversome how encountered such an insolent manager of a chain restaurant. Never will I return to this location!!! I have been toChili's all over the nation( sometimes 3× a week]and this location is OFF my list! As well there were people eating in therewithout having shoes on! A disgusting experience!!!
