I curbside ordered here to get a quick meal and it was not ready when it was supposed to be (25 minutes after being ordered.)... When I called another 10 minutes later, they asked that I come in to get it and I was not the only one they did this to while Iwas there. They still hadn't began to bag my food 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Food was ok, basicallywhat you can expect from a Chilli's. I used to love this Chili's because it was consistent. After my experience on Friday 9/16/22, I'm disappointed in the unusually... bad service I received. Basically, I ordered curbside and had to go in to get my food. The employee working curbside was rudeand apologetic. I ordered curbside on my app and checked-in when the food was supposed to be ready. After waiting for about 10min, i called to see if my food was ready. I was told, "you're going to have to come in and get your order cause I'm too busy"by the employee working the To-go station. When I walked in there were 3 employees standing at the To-go stand. I guess I lookedlike I needed something because 2 of them walked away very quickly. The To-go employee pointed me to my food and said I couldpick it up from a rack in the corner. I asked why I wasn't called to pick up or the curbside was not turned off on the app. Iwas told "like I said, I am busy and we can't turn anything off." I walked out at that point. If you want to keep customersplease train employees to treat (tipping) customers well. We keep the lights on. Read more
They were very slow. Somehow the food tasted like it sat under the heat lamp forever. I didn't like anything, except my tortilla... soup and strawberry lemonade. I want nachos, but they said they were out, so I got Cajun chicken pasta. It wasn't good. Inormally have liked it at other chili's. We also order a sampler appetizer with mini burgers (burnt and dry), wings (just notgreat), and southwestern egg rolls (very very dry... just no!). We won't go back to this location. Read more
A complete 5/5 stars to the staff for all they have to go through and for their tired smiles as they must be EXHAUSTED from... coming to this work environment. I honestly give the restaurant location and the type of normal guests that come a complete 1/10if I could. The staff have so much trash to deal with from homeless people outside, a strip club right behind and belligerentguests that it?s no wonder they suffer from staffing problems- I wouldn?t send my childhood bully there. Thank goodness theyhave a security guard there but in reality if something were to happen to an employee despite warnings I?m sure families wouldsue the company. Tonight there was a guest that went inside the kitchen to complain and yell. I have never seen such primitivebehavior. Cheers! Read more
Don't eat here. Worse service ever. They didn't have my full order and called me 20 min after I ordered it to tell me they... couldn't provide the full order. My order was supposed to be almost ready. Then they said they could make it and it would take20 min. I got there 20 min after I talked to them and had to wait another 20 min in the curbside space. Then I eventually had togo inside and it had already been over an hour since I placed my original order. Henry was not helpful at all. I didn't even payfor the food nor did I get the food since the service was so bad. Never eating at Chili's again. Read more
I added a lot of pics and video telling my friends i was at Chili's, however the quality of food was awful. The poor people that... work here are suffering, my server has already quit a week ago but was still on payroll. My brother in Christ you chose to eathere. Read more
Consistently slow service and sometimes none at all. I've walked in there, stood around for twenty minutes while servers glance... at me from the kitchen while chatting but don't acknowledge me and so I've walked out. My last time in there, I never saw myserver after I got my food. I sat at the table with an empty plate and cup for 30 minutes before saying screw it and paying onthe tablet and leaving instead of ordering dessert. Won't go here again. Read more
