The line was long but it moved pretty fast. All the employees looked miserable and over worked. While I was in line a woman... asked to cut in front because an employee messed up her order and she told her to cut the line so they could fix the order. Nextthing you know an employee moved from the line and basically cussed this girl out because she cut the line after an employeetold her to do so. The customer didn't argue with her but the "senior manager " as she called herself kept going on and on andon. Very unprofessional. Then I asked the guy at Checkout for some Tabasco he said it was where the drinks were. I looked andit wasn't, so with an attitude he walked to the back grabbed the Tabasco, brushed pass me and slammed the bottle on thecounter. Then the rice was dry and nothing had flavor. I've been to this location a few times and it's always good. The staff have a good vibe and the food is on point.

Went there for lunch. The place was busy but the line moved quick. The restaurant was clean as well the bathroom. I had good... service the workers were nice and helpful with my order. Quick in and out for lunch in a rush I would say good job to thestaff.My chicken bowl was great and filling The quest dip and fresh chips were on point. I like the endless drink section. I have ordered from this location 3 times via the app and all three times my order has been wrong. I am very disappointed in how... this restaurant has been going downhill. I honestly eat at chipotle at least once a week, or at least I did. My husband?s orderwas missing rice and my order was 100% inaccurate. Not even the right protein or toppings. I counted 8 workers in this facility yet they have a sign that states online orders only. You have workers on their phone over... the food and workers just talking in the back but no one available to serve customers in the frontline. People are coming inand leaving bc of the sign. The person that I was with confirmed that they were only taking online orders but we then saw twopeople which I assume were their friends write their order on a sheet of paper and hand it to a worker lol. I also saw a workercleaning the counter with a dirty rag and some of the food was falling back in the containers. These young adults had no shame.
