I should really learn my lesson... I went to this Chipotle about a month ago order my food online and then waited about 15... minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and I had to call twice as I stood in line. fast forward to today. Trying tocall the store to see if they do curbside pickup nobody answers and before they transfer you to a human..... you go around andaround and around in an automated service. they lack the ability to understand what customer service is at this franchise. Stepped out of line to wait ?30 min? for their regular steak (not the new spicy stuff they just came Out with). An employee told... me they had their normal stuff in the back and made my bowl. Ended up being charged $23 after the manager explained I got thenew spicy steak in My bowl Female manager tried to say I got what I was asking for and would not fix the bowl. Perhaps one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. The staff at the location completely botched an order, and... when I asked to try to work it out with the manager, he belittled and insulted me prior to asking me to leave because I gotupset (yes, I used a very mild swear word). Corporate made it pretty clear they don't care when I contacted them. A week latermy kid tried to get food after a baseball game 30 minutes prior to closing. They wouldn't let him in and wouldn't take anonline order. Honestly not sure how this location manages to stay in business, as basic business sense and customer serviceseem completely foreign concepts to their staff. Read more

I got an Uber eats order and it was completely wrong. The items I paid extra for weren?t included and they gave me a salad bowl... instead of a burrito bowl and didn?t read anything that I requested as toppings obviously. Horrible. They skim you on the food. We ordered two bowls. One was not even 1/3 of the way full (see attached picture). The... other one had probably the equivalent of one tablespoon of chicken in it. This is ridiculous. Read more

Great location! Clean, staff was nice, food was good! You can dine in this location or sit on patio. I ordered the chicken bowl.... I visited June 8, girls at the front were awesome and the guy on grill cooked up some good food. As usual it?s busy, so bepatient. Read more

You had one job to do! Ordered online. BIG mistake!!! When picking up, did not closely check the pickup bag. 2nd BIG... mistake. Ordered 2 burritos and a bowl. Got two bowls and half a burrito. Dinner ingredients were missing from the bowl,burrito-turned-bowl, and the one burrito had less than half of the filing it normally has (French portion, finally good for mydiet...). Lettuce?
