Super busy location, they need more staff. The doordash and Uber drivers were lined up 8-10 deep on a Wednesday night, and the... 3 working the line couldn't keep up. It's obvious they need a to go area. When i ordered I counted 10 to go orders needing to befilled. It took me forever to get my bowl and I'm sure the thing man trying to fill our orders plus the to go was doing hisbest. The food was really good although the mild tomato salsa was wayyyyy too spicey, and I like a mild spice. The steak wascooked great as was the chicken, really good seasoning. Rice was cooked well, sour cream had all kinds of junk in it probablybecause they were busy busy. Cheese was perfect, black beans perfect. Check out took a while as the girl running cashregister was constantly running to go orders over to front of line. Totally ineffective and crazy process causing unnecessaryextra steps by employees-I felt bad for them. Employees had a great attitude even though busy, and got my order correct. Theywere out of fajita veges and chips so couldn't order either, boo! I'll probably go back but not in the evening. I will NEVER order from this chipotle again on door dash. First of all, there?s two pieces of chicken. Second, there?s literally... NO cheese. On the other tacos there?s no cheese or lettuce. Only allows online orders, so place your order before you get there! However, I was unaware, but fortunately/unfortunately it... started to pour! They saw I was ordering from my phone and quickly said I can finish placing my order and wait inside. Theconsiderate staff definitely boosted this rating. Food is good also. Read more

Food was fine, though not phenomenal. Service was OK, but not exceptional. They are very busy & hurried with mistakes likely.... Particularly when they are mixing call-in orders with people standing in line. Seems like better order management would beappropriate. We were in a substantial line and then when we got to the front had to wait for a sizeable call-in order to befilled before we were even acknowledged. No recognition from the counter until they had completed the previous task - one trackmind, I guess. -- The food itself was good, but I must not know the idiosyncrasies of their processes.
