My fiancé and I always go to this location to eat. They normally are really good. However tonight, we placed a mobile order... through DoorDash for pickup, and ordered chips and queso (which we typically do). Just got home, and started preparing to eatwhen he noticed the queso blanco was ORANGE. He removed both, and they are orange all the way through. It?s chunk, quitedisgusting and I?m very disappointed! I googled that this is common when it?s been over cooked or has sat out for a long time.But if the workers noticed that the queso was orange, why did they continue to serve it to people?! We live too far away to goback (out of inconvenience) which is anyone reason i?m upset to have driven so far out of the way just to receive this qualityof food. And I normally just eat the loss when it comes to food errors, but this was just unacceptable especially when I wasreally looking forward to it. Read more
Came here bc South Blvd loc was closed. The lady making the orders was diligent and tried to provide timely service but was low... on meat. Kitchen staff preferred cutting up and it wasted time on a lunch rush. She did her best. Got home after shelling out$30 for a bowl and burrito, the rice was still crunchy and undercooked????. After two attempts to eat Chipotle, I wont be back.There?s too many better, cheaper, AUTHENTIC takeouts in the area to waste time and money in this big box chain, generic fastfood restaurant. Just went there for Lunch today and had a great experience. Just make sure you order ahead on the app because the line can be... quite long and will eat up your time if that?s a factor for you. My order was ready when I arrived, seating was available andclean. I love the energy of the city and watching that while eating. Probably my favorite Chipotle around because of this. Onething that?s really great too is Vegan options. I recently went vegan for health reasons and it?s sure nice to eat a familiarmeal for a reasonable cost. As someone who has worked in food service before, it is extremely difficult to make mistakes in an order, let alone screw up 3... bowls completely when all you have to do is read off of a list of ingredients that are pre-made. Genuinely pathetic attempt at arestaurant. Not that difficult. Don?t waste your time and money. Read more
Not the employees? fault. They are taking online orders promising pickup within 15 minutes and there are only two employees... running about 45 minutes behind. I?m not sure what exactly the issue is, but the employees seem overwhelmed and understaffed.If this is a staffing issue, I would pay a bit more for a burrito that was made on time by staff that are fairly compensated. Iwould also appreciate an accurate pickup time estimate (surely they are aware of the backlog since they mark orders as?complete? and that could be connected to the app)?finally the process to cancel my order was extremely tedious and took me 20minutes. My order was still ~30 minutes away, but that was an unnecessary pain. Please add that feature to the app and make itsmooth. Read more

They don't fix the serving properly. And the customer service is not always so great. But the food is fresh as I can be. Also... something quick and healthy to eat on that said of town. Read more
The food is fresh and taste good as always! But the staff here needs a sense of urgency and I asked for double meat. However... portions are so small. Additionally, staff wasn?t aware of how to use Chipotle Rewards either. When I went during the weekend,the line was almost outside of the store. Read more
