Would give zero stars if I could. As a long time Clean Juice patron who has visited several locations this place is the worst! I... typically drive 15 minutes out of my way to the southend or quail hollow location to avoid it even though this one is on myroute. Things have really gone down hill in the last year. It is a revolving door of employees so someone new is always intraining. They are clearly short staffed and the people who do show up are frazzled and over worked often leading to really longwait times and messed up orders. Instead of paying their employees a decent wage they've added an app update that basicallyforces you to leave a tip. SO why am i writing this? I've tried several times to reach out on their cusotmer contact form toget my money back for the smoothies I couldnt eat. They improvise on ingredients so you never know what you are going to getoften forgetting to add ice leading to warm baby food like textured smoothies that are too sweet. My smoothie this morning wasinedible which for $10 a pop is ridiculous! I'm frequenting a chain looking for consistent ingredients and nutrition and theyjust cannot seem to folllow directions and deliver. Another one down the drain! Read more
I went for the first time today and it wasn't half bad. I got the protection juice with spinach pineapple and cucumber. It was... mostly a cucumber juice because that's all I really tasted. All in all I would go back to try other menu items Read more
What a great experience! I went there a week ago for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super kind.... They were very educational when I asked many questions about the ingredients and the drink they recommended for my healthimprovement. I tasted the avocado toast, so yummy! Friendly customer service, juice ingredients were mainly fresh. Some things were frozen like the cucumbers and other items like... the kale didn't look all the way fresh. I had to ask her not to include the brownish/yellow leaves in my juice. There are twodifferent prices (with ice or without ice) which made sense because you get a little more juice... but my juice was extremelypulpy. Overall, ok experience. What a great place to visit. Friendly, helpful staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. I decided to try the Cleanse and... bought the Beginner's Cleanse. The clerk behind the counter was polite and courteous and processes my order quickly. Nowafter 4 days of trying this cleanse, I plan to continue. I feel great. The taste is wonderful for being all vegetables and myenergy has increased. I highly recommend it. Read more
Tastes ok, but for $7 for a piece of toast that shows you like this, that?s a little embarrassing. Pretty sure that?s not even... half of a hard boiled egg, and my box didn?t have the liner. They?ve clearly stopped caring. Read more
This is not a review based on food, rather service. I love Clean Juice but the last few times I?ve gone the service has really... taken a step down. Today I ordered via the app like I normally do, arrived on time when I got the nice alert that my food isalmost ready. And then was handed a smoothie. I stood there waiting for the rest of my order and after a while they said, areyou waiting for something? I proceeded to show them my order - 2 smoothies and 2 toasts. They apologized but then loudlycomplained about all the work they were doing (note: I was the only one in the store). Once my order was finally ready (25 minafter the scheduled time), they put it in a bag and sent me on my way. Well, I noticed she put my toasts in the bag sideways,which obviously caused this result. And, the toasts weren?t even made as they usually are (mashed avocado, seasonings, etc.)rather quickly and carelessly. Read more
Unfortunately after many chances, this clean juice falls completely flat. The store is always dirty, food takes FOREVER, and... staff is borderline rude. They cannot complete simple requests. I was in here this past week and there was no music and an awfulburning smell with a haze of smoke. Sad! Read more
