Place has there hours posted and they close at 10:00 pm. I showed up at 8:00 and this is all there was.

Their ice cream cake is always delicious, even after it has been cut and stored in the freezer for a week. The cake is never... hard or stale tasting but always like it is fresh from that day. Read more

These employees do not seem happy. What happened to the cold stone employees that sang. Why is my order not ready? I placed my... order online at 7 it was to be picked up at 8:15 it?s now 8:30. Nice workers but have some very serious concerns of the cleanliness in the store 1) there is no health inspection grade anywhere... in the location (which there was another comment from three months ago about this), which I?m fairly certain is illegal. 2) youcan tell it has not been swept or even mopped in weeks 3) the vents are very dirty above food area ? the list continues but thegood news is these can be easy fixes, they just take some time. I have been a cold stone fan for years. Tonight my wife and I decided to stop by right before closing. And for the first time... I sat down, and I noticed how nasty and unkept this store has become. We had a TERRIBLE experience. There was virtually no ice cream left due to supplier issues. Not only is this location more... expensive but it lacks options and more importantly, it lacks even basic ice cream. They should have closed the store ratherthan to be unprepared without ice cream. This location also NEVER has a manager, it?s run by kids who cannot address a singlecustomer issue or concern. The entire line was complaining. So disappointing. Do not recommend this place to anyone! They didn?teven have the basic chocolate, strawberry! I recommend the new Coldstone at Kingsley!!!
