This is a Decent establishment, like most cook outs it's fairly busy especially on the weekends. During the week you may be able... to get through the line in the evening hours within less than 7 minutes which is fairly decent for cookout. The weekly staff areprofessional and attentive. I gave them 4 stars because I have had my order incorrect on a few occasions. Overall this locationis a win. Read more
Staff is a joke could care less if food is cooked properly, customer service is poor, drive thru expect a long wait.
Extremely long wait time. Speaker didn't seem to be working correctly (muffled, not clear and you could hear staff talking to... each other rather than taking orders). Person at window stared at me without asking if could help so had to repeat my order 2-3more times. Even then, didn't get all that we'd ordered, one milkshake wasn't prepared properly, other wasn't even the rightflavor. Disappointing that after waiting so long in line we didn't get what we paid for, quality wasn't good, and service wasterrible. Definitely won't be returning/will never recommend to anyone else. Kenya the wonderful young lady who served me on the walk up and order was so polite sweet and fast she took my order quickly... accurately and efficiently. This was my first time ever stopping by a Cook Out despite seeing the line morning, noon, and night. For me it would definitely... be hangover cure/prevention type food, but I will say the service was good. I had no idea what the most efficient way was for meto order and the server helped me out quickly with that offering recommendations of how I could order and save money. The onlyreason I am taking a star is because I definitely asked for Cook Out sauce (knowing it will be a minute before I ever go back),and in haste I was given Polynesian sauce. What a bummer, right? Expect to wait around 20 minutes in the drive through line if going around 9-10pm. Went twice on different weeknights and both... times waited over 20 minutes. Food is decent but ordered bbq plate and 0 bbq sauce, ketchup, utensils or napkins were provided. Read more
Good portion sizing, and service was fast. Only thing is please let customers know if an item is not available. Had ordered... nuggets and cheese bites and got fries instead of the nuggets as they weren't available, and would have ordered something elseif I had known. Other than that everything was good. Ordered a tray to have corn dogs onion rings and hush puppies ? recieved 3.5 onion rings. 4 cheese curd ?maybe? And 0 hush... puppies Came back through the drive through line for them to yell at me that I should have been in line ?.. the line that wasnot moving at all, so no I went straight to the window I had already paid and supposedly received my food- they needed to makeit right?. Drove away to eat , and the peanut butter oreo milkshake I ordered.
