Well I eat cook out at this same location for years and normally 2 - 3 times a week, I love that but recently they change my... order or sometimes is missing something I know today is Sunday and is not good works on weekends, I just got off work too and Ijust wish have what I?m paying for I ordered regular chicken sandwich tray with two sides, regular fries and white cheddarbites? but how make sense the employee put only 4 bites on that? I went to Cookout today for lunch. I ordered my food. As I was waiting, I stepped outside to put something in my car. As I was... coming back in, the cashier gave my tray of food to someone I did not know to give to me. It wasn?t in a bag or anything. I havenever had an issue with this place. I stopped today to pick up lunch on my way to work. Ordered a cookout style burger and onion rings with a sweet tea. Instead I... got a burger w/o any condiments, and two chicken strips wrapped in tortillas. I had to eat the burger since I didn?t have a wayto get any other food. I returned to the store shortly before 5:00. Took the box in and explained what happened. The windowclerk was less than pleasant. Told her what I had ordered for lunch and this was in the bag I received at the window. Anotheremployee handed me a box of onion rings. When I said this is only onion rings, the window clerk said you ate the burger. Iworked with an international home improvement store. If I?d treated a customer like that, I?d be cleaning out my locker. Cookouthas lost my business. Lesson learned, ck the contents before you leave the parking lot. Read more
Listening to the staff yell and shout profanities was a damper to our dining experience. The locality was dirty, service was... slow. I would NOT recommend eating at this particular location. The burgers were good however...but the fries were burned andskimpy. Read more

Absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had at a cookout. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. I ordered my food... and the person taking my order I had to repeat it because they were not listening. After getting my food. I realized it waswrong and parked to go inside. The doors were locked. And the number online went to corporate. I will not be back and will notstir everyone anyway from this location. Read more
