This was pure bliss! I got the "Small" Seafood Platter and it was fantastic! As you will see in the photo attached, this is more... than enough to share. You get to pick from a number of seasonings for this as well. I got the buttery Garlic with medium heatand it was just enough spice without completely overpowering the seafood. I am beyond DISGUSTED! I ordered crab legs with corn, potatoes and a side of hush puppies. The employee who handled my... transaction with my husband handed THIS (SOMEBODY ELSE HALF EATEN MEAL THAT THEY ALREADY ATE) to him and he asked her if she wassure this was our order and her lying behind told him YES! Only place that are open right now is the waffle so now i have tocook something myself this late, no crab legs and after having a very exhausting day today. The only thing I received was anapology and that i could come back the next day for them to remake my order. I’m just going to have them refund my moneytomorrow and order from somewhere else! The Crafty Crab was ok. I give it 3 stars because the service and the food definitely could have been better. The prices are a... bit too high for the amount of food they give you. Although we were seated at a table within 5 minutes of arriving, we waited atour table for at least 20 minutes before we were acknowledged by the waiter. I understand it may have been a bit busy but still,we are paying customers and you better believe I tip according to my service. We chose the Boom seasoning for our platter whichwas very good, however, all the season was at the bottom and hardly any on the food. There was only a single waitress for the entire restaurant, so Ms. Vivian - kudos to you. The bartender was helping when he... could, and I know this isn't regular (2 waitresses called out), so needless to say there was a long wait and barely any service.I mean I gave a 30% tip because she got us everything we asked for and was doing her best. The atmosphere was lively, therewere sports on most of the TVs so it kinda felt like a sports bar. The food was very Cajun, and very good. It was expensive,but worth it. It was a nice experience.
