I went to Cru for a birthday celebration off of word of mouth we had a great time. But this review is for the person that we... communicate with to reserve a table. I’ve booked tables at many clubs for celebrations but this is one of few where the girlwas actually nice, patient, understanding and made me and my party feel welcomed! I had to increase my party size twice and notonce did she get aggravated she accommodated me and my preferences with no hesitation. Other places should take notes!! I willdefinitely be coming back! Catch a vibe at CRU CRU is the nations first franchised hookah & CBD lounge, so for you hookah lovers they have a little bit of... everything to offer . Every dish we tried was packed with flavor I couldn’t get enough of the lobster seafood Mac . Fundrinks, music, hookah & more . For me I’m catching a vibe before the crowd comes in , so to duly note go early to avoid theclub crowd . When we arrived it was pretty laid back for the most part . They lame! They are vibe killers for real. They kick everyone out the place every 2 hours. The set up just does not make sense.... You could be in the middle of eating or drinking and here they come trying to get you to leave. Some of the bottle girls realcool but there are some with major attitudes! It’s a no for me. First time there and I will never go back. Do not go if youtrying to turn up and have fun! Maybe to eat and drink then leave. Read more

Went to Cru for brunch and it was terrible, It was five of us and we order drinks and hookah which was actually okay but when... our food came out that’s when the vibe change, 3 of us order the shrimp and grits and it literally tasted like water. Then theother two order the chicken &waffles which were actually chicken tenders that had no flavor that tasted like water when u biteinto it, The waffles were okay but didn’t taste like Belgian waffles… And we probably had 3 bites of our food. As soon as wesaid this to our waiter she wasn’t nasty she said she’ll see what she can do and basically told us we still had to pay butwas able to take off the gratuity, smh so we still had to pay for the food even though we didn’t want it at all nor took themhome. Great chill spot. The bartenders were great and very attentive. The wings are TO DIE FOR!!!! Special Shout-out to the cooks that... are making it happen behind the scenes. Plenty of tasty hookah options. You do have to reserve a time slot for a booth/table,which is free to do. Typically you get a 2-hr time frame. Will definitely be back. Read more
I am so upset that I have to write this but an experience is an experience! Me and my girls had a wonderful time vibing to the... music and the atmosphere however…. The shots are not an actual shot, the drinks are watered down for the price, there is 18%gratuity added on to every bill even at the bar. It takes a while for the waitress to get to your table so you can barely enjoyyour 2 hours or get all your orders in when there is a group of people. The guy that takes the hookah was very rude! You don’teven get a full 2 hours for a hookah that you PAID for. We sat down at 9:15. We had just got a new coal at 10pm and he was thereat 10:56 (I looked at the time) with an attitude because we asked him to hold up while everyone got a few more puffs. Last butnot least the women stalls were disgusting!!! The looks of the toilet would make you rather go on yourself than even think tosquat! This place has so much potential. We were all saying how we would come back every other week until we experiencedcustomer service, the tabs, and the bathroom…. Btw the girl at the door when you first walk in that sit people is awesome! Shewas the best experience and the DJ was on point! Read more
