The management team has improved the quality of service. However, cashiers need to be more courteous.
This is KY neighborhood Dominos, this year has been a hit or miss. One month the crust felt and tasted undone, and the next time... I had to take it back , ordered double pepperoni &sausage, didn't check the box (car side delivery) got home ???? and not onepepperoni was on the pizza, more like invisaRoni, took it back and they fixed it, didn't offer any inconvenience compensationeither , so oh well. The pizza was a little dry but ok. The dry wings (no sauce) were not dry, more like boiled and rapidly put in oil. The hot wings... were more muddy than seasoned, with sauce on some, not on others. Read more

Jamie got it right! I ordered a pizza last weekend and it wasn?t right Jamie was very professional offered to make me another... one and resend it . Ordered a pizza at 9:30pm, received it at 12:00 am. It was cold of course. The kicker was I received only 3/4 of a pizza.... Someone had eaten 2 slices. Called and everyone was really calm about it and assured me that it wasn't normal and it left wholeso the driver must have eaten 2 slices. So the driver who drove 6 minutes to my house decided to scarf dow 2 slices of coldpizza that had two boxes and a bad on top that gave him issues taking out of his bag. I don't buy that one bit. Pizza is edible but their boneless ?wings? are atrocious. How you gonna sell 8 chicken nuggets that are smaller than Wendys for... $8? Learned my lesson, never again. Read more
