My order claimed ?quality check? for about 20 minutes before updating to ?delivered? when it wasn?t. When the driver finally... arrived, he had the wrong order. He went back to the car just to bring me the wrong order again. The third time he simply calledme from the car to let me know he didn?t have my order and would go back for it. I asked him to let them know I wanted thispizza free as well as a credit to my account. I then decided to call them myself so there would be no confusion. The woman whoanswered had an attitude but agreed to make me a fresh pizza for tonight and add a credit for a medium pizza on my account.Another hour and a half has passed. Not only do I not have a pizza, but they are no longer answering the phone even thoughthey?re open until 1 AM. Read more
Extremely disappointed! Came here bc my family and I were in the mood for Pizza. Went to this location, after confirming they do... not close until 2am. This took place on a Saturday evening. When I got up to the register the young woman stated they will NOTbe taking any orders. I requested to speak to a manager who stated this is a corporate decision because of "crime in the area."She stated this was a corporate call and out of her control. If that was the case change your hours. No notice online, on thestore door, or when calling. Would love to speak with corporate! This is not how business should be conducted. Probably the worst experience with a pizza order I have ever had the displeasure of enduring. We waited THREE HOURS to actually... receive a room temperature pizza. The driver Isaiah gave absolutely no care about getting the order to us in a timely manner,legitimately lounging on FaceTime at our front door, as we tried to wrap our head about how long we waited and why I?m payingpractically extra. im not sure if its the entire university location of restaurants that has the worst customer service in Charlotte, or if its... just poor management and work ethic. no one wants to wait over 2 hours for a delivery from a store who?s employees cant evenanswer the phone, just to go to the store to pick up my order and its closed. cant cancel because the app says ?call the store?this is what happens when you hire just anyone as a team member. i should have read the previous reviews before placing myorder. maybe if this location changed the ?please come work for us? signs to 15$ an hour instead of 10$ an hour with little tono tips then you may attract better potential employees. a corporate complaint must and will be filed. Past orders from this location have been fine. My latest order was a horrible experience. On a day where I really needed food... delivered to work at the one hour mark for an online order that said 45 min delivery time, I called the store. I was told thatthey were short staffed on drivers. I was told that it was going to be another 45 minutes before delivery. I would have beenfine if there was honesty up front about times. But to tell me 30 to 45 minutes and it be over that. Do better. I ended uphaving to leave work and go get my food to insure it was hot so I could eat my lunch. If it wasn't for the app insurance givingme a credit towards my complaint this review would be lower. Hopefully my next order will be back to a good experience. Read more
I wish I would have taken a picture of the wings! We ordered for delivery to our hotel late night around midnight after a... concert. We ordered a GF pizza and wings. The pizza was okay yet on the cold side but the wings were inedible. They were raw onthe inside and the outside was mush literally mush! The only reason I know they were raw on the inside was because I used myhands to pull them apart and look at them. It was late and we were tired so I did not bother calling the store as I did not wantto wait another hour we just wanted to go to sleep. This had to be one of the most disgusting things I have ever had delivered.The bad part is they were so visibly wrong and someone let that happen. Read more
This is the second time I?m writing a review for the same Dominos. You think they would have learned their lesson the first... time, but I guess losing money and giving free pizzas is something they?re comfortable with. Or thin crust pizza is yet again acomplete mess. I am NEVER ordering from this sad establishment ever again. Read more
