Not only did my order go out for delivery an hour after I placed it, the order was canceled after the driver was in my apartment... complex for less than two minutes. I called the store as I had not received a phone call or delivery attempt, and the customerservice was extremely unprofessional. Shelby was passive aggressive, defensive, and very unapologetic. She spoke over memultiple times and abruptly hung up in my face. Blamed ME for the driver being ?unable? to deliver to my apartment. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Placed a order by phone they took my order they took my money. 2 hours goes... by and I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me they cancelled the order because they don't deliver to the area my hotelwas in after a certain time. I spoke with the manager who is dck head and tells me "we cancelled the order we don't deliver tothat area after a certain time" ok again why did you take my money in the first place then. He declined to answer. I demanded aanswer on why if my order was cancelled no one would simply call me. He declined to answer.its like a child is running thisplace. Read more
Disappointed. Was told they don?t deliver to my area after waiting for an hour and the order was canceled. I have ordered... delivery before from this store and didn?t have any issues prior. Ordered a pizza and these "Buffalo " wigs, but as you can see they didn't even take time to coat the wings just squirted some... sauce and called it a day. I get being understaffed but this is plain lazy. Super disappointing Read more

Horrible horrible horrible service! The lack of professionalism is ridiculous! Ordered at 11:03pm and it?s 1:20am and never got... my food. Not enough drivers? The person on the phone had an attitude because I?m frustrated. Duh who wouldn?t be? Call thecustomer ask them if they will be able to pick up there food! Or do pick up only if you know you don?t have enough drivers!Figure it out, it?s is not rocket science! I Will never order from this dominos again! Horrible! It?s not just this experienceit?s the last three times I?ve ordered the quality of the pizza wasn?t there. I usually don?t order from Domino?s but I thought I?d give it a shot. I ordered the Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni. It was... super greasy. I like that they didn?t skimp on the toppings. My pizza arrived 20 minutes late so they gave me 60 points (enoughfor a free pizza). Read more
They do a wonderful job, food taste great. They do get busy, high demands on the weekends so there can be a wait time.
