Don't trust the carryout times you're given online; add an hour or more & you might be close, even on a Sunday night. Ordered the Brooklyn Style Cheese n Spinach with a little Feta and it was amazing!!!! Despite the Friday rush and short staff-... the team stuck together and worked very well to get orders out as quickly as they could. Saw two colleagues fist ???? pump asthey worked through the high volume and stress. Loved seeing that and grateful for the team that made my Friday night dinnereasier. Read more
Honestly the best dominos I?ve ever been to. They are quick, friendly, and the pizza is always so good.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and dessert for my kids and it took over 3 hours for it to be delivered. I called... the store 3 times and no one answered the phone. I finally drove to the store and wanted to know what was going on with theorder and the lady employee said my order is on the way and wanted to know if I just wanted to cancel me order. I didn't come tocancel me other, my kids wanted their pizza, but based on her attitude I canceled it. Never going to dominoes again! Read more
Don?t order here. Idk what happened for past month. I always was ordering for pickup and usually my pizza was ready in 10-15... minutes, now it takes over 1hr. What changed for it to take so much longer? I can?t wait for over 1hr and cancelled my orderstwo times. Read more
I ordered online. Order number 835 store no#4458. I was told an hour & half. I took 3 hours to deliver a pizza a mile away. I... called & asked to speak to manager & stayed on hold. Run debit card through online & when delivery guy got here & had to callstore again for the 5th time to give card info again. Cant do no better shut the doors. The app is easy to use except for the fact they don?t take a debit or credit card on the app. I had to call the store was placed... on hold twice first time was 13.5 mins the second time was 9 mins. I finally was able to pay for my order, they food got hereand the food was horrible! The feta cheese bread with spinach didn?t have spinach or feta, the chicken with jalapeños andpineapple was burnt. Outstanding service and delivery! I even called back trying to increase drivers tip, maybe something to look into as cash was... the only option but driver had already left. After giving Pizza Hut and Hungry Howies multiple chances and being deliveredwrong order/cold pizza/wrong house/hours late/ you name it, I actually got what I ordered on time to the correct house and stillhot!
