The food quality is decent from our experiences here. The speed of ordering has significantly declined over the years. In... addition, the "2 or more for $5.99" deal is very limited but there is no verbage on the app that specifies this (e.g. chicken onthe pizza will make the entire pizza ineligible for this deal, and the chocolate lava cakes are considered a 'premium' dessertand aren't included either). The specifications of what qualifies for these deals needs to be more clearly stated. Read more

Ordered a pizza for curbside pickup and the manager, Frederick refused to deliver the pizza to our car, stating they don?t do... that if you didn?t prepay, which nothing on the tracker screen or website said anything about it. We had to go inside afterwaiting a while for our food to be delivered to our car to find this out. It would have been nice of Frederick to let us know,after seeing we had put into the app that we had arrived, that we needed to come inside to pay, instead of ignoring us. He wasjust overall miserable to deal with, but the rest of the staff was exceptionally pleasant. I feel bad for having to work forhim. Read more
REVIEW #2? Made the mistake of ordering from here again a couple months after my initial 1 star review, because my son requested... it. Here is my experience this time. Placed an online order at 7:40pm for delivery. Got a confirmation email a few secondslater with the tracker. It showed a couple minutes later (7:45) that a team member had started prepping the order. After doingsome things around the house, I checked my watch and realized it was 8:50pm and our order has not been delivered. I checked thetracker again, and it was on the same stage of the process. So I called the store for an update, just to be informed that theydid not have anyone to deliver orders. I told them I would come pick it up instead, but that they could have taken theinitiative to inform me much sooner than over an hour later. 5 minutes later, I received a call from the store once againinforming me they didn?t have anyone to deliver orders. I arrived at the store at 9:10pm to pick up my order. But to my expecteddisappointment, was informed that it hadn?t even been made yet?an hour and 25 minutes after the order had been placed. At thispoint, with a very hungry child in the car, I told them to cancel the order. The final slap in the face was when I was leavingthe parking lot, a Domino?s delivery car was pulling back into the store? If I could give negative stars to match my negativeexperiences, I would. I understand being short staffed, and being busy. But an inconsiderate lack of communication, piss poormanagement, and zero customer service?that isn?t excusable. UPDATE - emailed the gentleman that replied to my first review.Never received any response. REVIEW #1 Placed an order online at 11:15pm. Stored called 5 minutes later and told me theyweren?t doing any more deliveries?45 minutes before they were supposed to close. Won?t have to worry about me ordering anymore. Read more
Do not order from here. First, order is never ready on the timeframe provided in the tracker. Placed a carside pickup order and... still had to wait over 20 minutes. Prep time per tracker took over 30 minutes. As can be seen in the photo, pizza appeared to be?torn? and burnt. Not worth the effort. They do not even have parking spots so have to park in a ?No Parking? zone to pickup theorder. Read more
Ordered a ?pizza? for dinner. Half wasn?t even edible (see picture). On the top of half the pizza was supposed to be a Buffalo... sauce drizzle but it looks like they dropped the bottle of Buffalo sauce on the pizza. Let?s not get started on the extremelysmall, meatless Buffalo wings. They definitely only put a drizzle on there. I tried to call the store and was on hold for 30+mins. NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE PHONE ABOUT THIS MATTER. 20/10 wouldn?t recommend. Read more
Horrible experience! I placed an order online and immediately after I placed the order I called them to let them know I made a... mistake on the order. After holding for about 15 minutes a young lady comes on the line and I explained to her what happened,she then proceeds to tell me that my order is ready and they would have to do another pizza and I would have to pay for both!After I have been on hold for that long trying to alert them!
