Trying to order 70 pizzas for a gathering. Call the first time they quoted me a prize. I called again and they changed the prize... and kept saying that?s what the computer said and that it was because of the tax. It has almost a $250 difference. Me and my friends reached at around 11:15 pm today(20th July). Guy was not in a mood to take the order when checked with him. We... placed an online order and waited there. In about 20+ minutes our order was ready. When asked the Guy of changing the drink andmaking the pieces of the Garlic loaf, he got irritated and started behaving rude and unprofessional. He said very harsh word tous and then shut the window very hard just before us. My friend could save his hand from the window. Absolutely upset again. Pizza doe ?UNDERCOOKED? and looks like it?s been dunked in grease. My large NY pizza did not get square... cut like I requested. And I?ve been on hold for over 30 minutes. No thanks on the points you sent to my email, I need my greasebox replaced TONIGHT. The sad thing is I?m a regular customer and all my orders are about the same. ??????????? Read more
Definitely not up to company standard. Pizza wasn't terrible, but not as it's been at every other location. The cinnamon twists... were tiny compared to other locations, and tasted... off, like... soapy? Threw half of them out. Would love to see this locationthriving with standard fare! Employee at drive-thru window was very perky and nice. Another employee was smoking just outsidethe back door, but I'm not sure of the code regarding distance from the building. Read more
I ordered a pizza for myself at 10:45, well before they close at midnight and received a text my driver, Wesley, was on the way... at 11:05. At 11:30 he calls to say he is here and is lost. I?ve had him deliver to me previously and he said the same exactthing. I directed him to the call box and gave him the code to enter and he made an excuse about having to park and get out ofhis car and how ?no one wants to pay his parking tickets? which is irrelevant. The first time he delivered to me he made me godown and get my pizza from him. This time I didn?t offer to come down stairs and he reluctantly said he would park and come in.Well he never showed up and then marked my order as delivered. Needless to say I am very disappointed and appalled at thishorrible customer service. He also calls from a no caller ID phone number so it is impossible to call him back and get incontact with him. The store closes at midnight so I called them and of course there was no answer there even though it was 20minutes before close. Read more
Don't be fooled: Just because this Domino's is attached to a gas station doesn't mean it isn't a fully functional pizza lair.... I've picked up my orders twice here and both times the service was quick and friendly?and the pizzas were hot/perfect as well! Read more
Horrible they lock the doors before 10 and just watch people knock to pick up food that?s already been ordered. Very strange and... would not recommend. Had to walk around to the drive through window to get food. Before closing. Weird ego thing I think, nevercoming back. Read more
