I have to share that I am highly disappointed with the service that I received from Dominos and the manager, Miranda. While she... was not totally rude, I don't believe she provided her best customer service and did not try her best to rectify the situation.I placed an online order at domino's at approx 5:50PM (Galleria location, NC). At approximately 7:20/7:25PM the Domino's trackerstated that my order was delivered, it was not. I called the store and after 35 mins of waiting to speak to someone, I decidedto get dressed and go to the store to check on my "delivery." It appeared as though Miranda was the only staff person in thestore and there was a young boy there. She was very busy and couldn't lend her full attention as she was the only one there.When I finally was able to speak with her and provide my info, she stated "all orders have gone out a long time ago." I informedher that I wouldn't be here if I had received my delivery. She then stated "The delivery person left 15-20 minutes ago" So Iasked which is it? "a long time ago" or "15-20mins ago?" She went on to make other orders and deal with other customers. She didnot come back to me until maybe 10 minutes after. I then received a call from my son informing that at Approx 8:20 the food wasdelivered and it was cold. I informed the manager and she went on to say "I did my best, I'm the only one here. If you knowpeople that want to work, send them here." I asked her how does she plan on compensating me and all she said she could offer wasa store credit. They don't care about people with disabilities....I sat down for less then 5mins in their establishment n was asked to leave due... to the fact I didn't order food...I explained to Miranda I was waiting on my sister to bring a motorized cart for me due to thefact I've had multiple spine surgeries.. she still asked me to leave Read more

Absolute worst domino's. Delivery is always messed up, lost, & at least 30 minutes past quoted time and of course it's cold and... old. When you choose carryout, you go 10 minutes after quoted pickup time and it's just being prepped. Too many times and itkeeps getting worse. Read more

domi NO The drinks were forgotten and the pizza was dried and cold. The delivery guy said he would bring the two 20 ounce Cokes... back, but he never showed up.. so in the end I?m out money for a pizza that was horrible and I paid for two 2oz Cokes that Inever received. I would avoid this place at all costs. Nasty X 10 UPDATE!! I was given a credit for the pizza and drinks,ordered, and went to pick it up. I ordered my pizza at 6:43pm. It said 15 to 25 minutes for delivery wait. I called the store at 8:30 pm asking about my food the... lady was very rude and ignorant. It is unacceptable for the was she speaks to customers. At 11 pm i still had no food. It saysmy food is still in quality check since 7:19pm as of last night. This location wouldn't answer there phone. And my credit cardis still charged with no food. If I could give it a star it would zero. Read more

I would give it no stars if I could. I only gave it 1 star because the employee Asia. Asia was very helpful and understanding.... She remade my pizza with no problem. However, the lady Bethany was very rude and disrespectful. If It was up to me she would?ve been FIRED on spot??????????? Read more

Without question I would avoid this Domino?s location as well as Domino?s in general after hearing about my experience. Using... their app I made a simple order of a deluxe pizza with additional banana peppers. What I received was a lukewarm to cold cheesepizza with a few banana peppers on top. As the driver had already taken off I attempted to call the store to get this corrected.It was 7:00 pm on a Sunday. No one would pick up the phone calling them directly. I tried multiple times that night and thefollowing days. Still no answer. Trying to call and email corporate was an equal joke. They said it was a franchise store soit?s up to their owners to respond and make the decision. They told me they would let that person know. Amusing in that no oneanswered the phone or emails to complain in the first place shows how much corporate cares. Incidentally, it?s been 2 days sincecall to corporate. No response from the franchise owner or corporate. Speaks volumes. I?m pretty much done with Dominos. Afterseeing this I?m sure the owner will reach out with a comment to ?save face?. Just a shame they couldn?t turn it around beforethis fixing their store problems, answering customer concerns, and customer issues before someone has to trash them in thepublic forum.
