I usually go out of my way to go to this location. That might change as I received poor customer service from Benjamin today. I... asked if my free coffee was taking off of my order and he repeatedly and rudely stated it?ll do it when I pay. I did notunderstand because the price reflected showed the charge for my coffee on the order. I need to know how much I?m paying before Iswipe my card. This seemed shady. I don?t like being scammed. Asked if I wanted milk in the specialty coffee I ordered. I said no as it does not come with milk. The so called manager got... rude with me so I told him to goggle it and he went off.
