My sister and I decided to order Jimmy Johns for lunch, when our order was delivered it smelt like cigarette smoke, I almost... threw up just smelling the bag, the smoke lingered onto the food. My sister called and spoke to the ?acting manager? and he saidhe would send new sandwiches out, he sent new ones out, the sandwiches were incorrect and we paid for a pickle and didn?t evenget one. I used to work at this exact location and still know the menu and I know what?s supposed to be on the sandwich, shecalled again and asked for a refund and the staff were laughing in the back. Never ordering from here again. The acting managerI believe his name was Blake was nice and helpful, but whoever made the sandwiches and delivered them needs to do better. Read more
Clean,quick and the working staff is very professional.
Really disappointed in the delivery time for the place. I placed my order at 11:51am and selected delivering time as ASAP. The... tracker said it was out for delivery at 12:00pm. By 12:30pm I called the location to see the status of my order and was informedthat the driver left at 12:09pm and it would be there in a few minutes. The order did not show up until 12:50pm, almost an hourafter ordering which caused my team members to not be able to eat their lunch since they had meetings at 1pm. Soooo excited this location is back open after staffing shortages from the pandemic!. I went today to get get a beach club... unwich and it was made superb today! It?s always good there but extra delish today! ???? I called and spoke to the GM intraining at the location and he believed a Teresa made my sandwich so kudos to her and the team for making me a happy patron! PSI highly recommend getting the Kickin Ranch to dip in it?s worth the extra .49 cents. Read more
