I first want to tip my hat off to Clarissa! I am so thankful for her leadership capabilities under pressure! I remember when she... first took over, it was a mess and she was short staffed! I was very patient and never got upset because I understood thefrustration of lack of staff! I did wait long periods of time but during my wait, she always had a bright smile and a goodconversation! She never let anything get to her! Shortly after, Andrew stepped in to assist and I was so proud to see it was nolonger a long wait. He knew everything like the back of his hand and always had my order complete quick! Sweet soul! Now, when Igo?. It?s in and out! No issues and I see things are balancing itself out! This is my go to Dunkin. The staff is so nice and they always make the coffee delicious. I?m from Massachusetts so finding a... good dunkin down here is important to me. They are always kind to me and my daughter as well. 10/10 would recommend. Also niceto be known by name and face at an establishment. Shout out to the staff they work really hard! Read more

Worst. Service. Ever. I was in on October 13 at 12:30 pm. Two very rude ladies moving in super slow motion. It was as if I was... their worst enemy instead of a customer wanting a coffee - their slowness seemed fully intentional. So strange. It took me 10minutes to get one medium black coffee with one person ahead of me. Will stay as far away from this place as possible. Read more

Had been staying away from this store because the management was so, so bad. Visited again today & discovered a new manager in... place for the last two weeks ? one who was *behind the counter* & very aware of the huge problems customers had experienced. Soglad this change has been made! Over the last year, this store has had some lovely staff who were run off. Fingers crossed thefuture is brighter. Read more

This place is on the struggle bus. Every time I go in here they either don?t have products or there?s a huge line of people... waiting on orders that are incorrect. If they get it wrong they don?t seem to be trained on how to mark things right withcustomers. Management needs to get in there and train before everyone decides to boycott. Two stars is generous. I ordered two iced coffees online at 1:02 PM. I walked out with 1 coffee at 1:43 PM. When I walked in there was a lot of people... waiting on their food and drinks, both walk ins and online orders. It was clearly very busy and there were 3 people working. Iguess shifts changed because even when there was a lot of people waiting to order and people waiting on their orders, two peopleclocked out and left. So one person was left to deal with everything, between taking orders, to making food, to making drinks.She was a trooper but the fact she had to do that alone is ridiculous. People left without their orders because it was takingtoo long. The poor girl was clearly stressed and whoever made the schedule really messed up. It?s hard to run a good businessunderstaffed.
