The woman giving out the orders was completely rude and unhelpful. We simply asked If she could add more cold foam (which was... an additional cost) and she poured out half of the drink and filled it completely with cold foam. That was after she charged anadditional .50 after we had already paid initially. The cold foam should only be added to the top not half of the drink. Shewas being an a$$hole. This is the second s time I have gone to this Dunkin and the drive through is rude and condescending and does not honor the... offers rewards or points in the Dunkin app. Specifically Maria. I have points and free food and beverages in my app and I havenever had an issue using them anywhere. Maria told me the first time I went they don?t accept offers from Dunkin at the storeonly through mobile ordering which is not true since it literally says on the offer to redeem in store show barcode. This timeshe told me that only sausage sandwiches are free. I have an offer that clearly states any breakfast sandwich with the purchaseof a medium hot coffee. When I asked for a manager she said they don?t have one until tomorrow. So are you telling me no manageror on call manager is at this location. Are they being told not to honor any offers in the app? She then closed the door on me.She was very obnoxious. She wouldn?t even look at the offer on the app. I believe You should honor the app since and you shouldbe friendlier to your customers. Place is good but the manager is a bit snappy if they mess anything up or if you want to take your time ordering. Otherwise... everyone else is super nice and drinks and food are made good. Read more

Visited here last Sunday around 3pm. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches and a cold brew pumpkin spice coffee. The... sandwiches were absolutely terrible, the cheese on both was brown, the sausage tasted super off, like artificial tasting, thebagel was hard, the croissant on the other one was super bland and mushy... They went into the trash can. The coffee was gross,the pumpkin spice was really sharp tasting, like way too much clove or something. It's not a nice blend of spices it's justreally one-noted and fake tasting. That also ended up going into the trash after I offered some to my co-workers and no oneliked it. My friend and I were left hungry, I was left un-caffeinated and with $14 now missing from my wallet. Read more
This Dunkin was horrible today. We were in line for a long period and no one answered on the speaker. Several left. I drove... around the window and employee did the throat from left to right. I asked for a phone number and she said no. She would noteven slide window open. I had to drive around to tell all the other card she was closed at 6:40pm. Why is this like this ? I have been meaning to leave this review for months. I ALWAYS have the best experience at this location. The staff here is very... young but they always provide the best service, are fast and produce quality products. It is refreshing to get such greatservice these days. Please keep up the great work! Within a minute of walking in with my laptop, the manager came over saying the WiFi is for customers. I wasn?t even using their... WiFi just sending an urgent email real quick before I ordered my beverage. Very disappointed that this came from a black managesmh. Read more
