This store has a racist white lady named Kathy or Katey tried to charge me a dollar for a small cup of ice water when I spent... over 5.00 for a sandwich. I was treated like a homeless begged in my Security uniform obviously on my way to work. The ownersare a joke, customer service is a joke. I called about my encounter and how nasty I was treated actually walking away from thesituation was told I would recieve a call back. Thanks to the Dunkin by North lake .35 is a reasonable charge for waterespecially to a paying customer. Even the customer service operator said they weren't charging the right price. I love Dunkin?. I?ve been going to Dunkin my whole life. This one is always slow no matter how many cars are in the drive... through. My coffee never comes out right either. And this lady had enough time to be on her phone and make herself a beverage, but wouldn?t even take ouroffer.
