This place is the worst. They always get my order wrong. The manager is with a nasty attitude always and the kids taking the... order are not trained yet. I spend alot every day I go. Get a better manager with some customers service and train the staffbetter. Read more
Terrible customer service. The manager has music playing so loud I was confused if I was entering a night club or a Dunkin... Donuts, not too mention the workers mumbling to me with masks over their faces... can't hear or understand anything you'resaying buddy. Mobile ordering is supposed to faster, but you go in and nothing is ever ready and then they have to ask you whatyou ordered so they can make it. I saw a billboard for their new cold brew with sweet cold foam and had to give it a try. I ordered through the app and found... that they had a deal going on for $3 for a medium cold foam cold brew. It was ready within 5 minutes of ordering and thecustomer service was great. I loved their version of cold foam and I am sure I'll be back for more. Read more
