Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting. Got to the register only to have the girl working the register walk away and do other... things. The manager said ?do we have anyone waiting on their order?? I said I?m waiting to order, only to be met with her snarkycomments and all the reasons why they can?t get it together. It?s not real hard to have a person at the register to actuallytake orders and provide some customer service. Even the people behind me couldn?t get the order placed through the kiosk. UsePEOPLE to do their jobs, not machines. And hire managers who can actually figure out how to optimally run a store. Awful. Read more
This is by far the best Dunkin in Charlotte. I love this new location and the people are so kind and helpful. 10 stars across... the board. Except for my burned toast this morning. Other than that they are great. Mistakes happen but hoping I get a piece oftoast not so toasted next time. Read more
Donuts were not fresh and the Pineapple Mango drink I ordered taste like medicine. Maybe the mix should have been stirred... correctly. I should not have tasted the grit of powder. Read more

It wasn?t busy, we were already at the window and paid, yet waited 15 minutes just for our order. When we received our iced... coffees, it was all creamer no coffee. We also orders half a dozen donuts and all of them were stale and hard. To wait that longand to receive poor quality items is disappointing. I would think coming to this new location would be better but unfortunatelynot. Only giving 2 stars for the staff bc they were nice. The slow pace and poor quality food is why I knocked 3 stars off. Poor management. I did a mobile order at the kiosk which included a donut. I received all other items and waited on the donut... for 5 minutes before asking where it was only to be told they were out. Someone should have said "we are out of that kind, canwe get you another?" The store looks like it has great employees who seem enthusiastic but the manager doesn't look like shewants to be at work most of the time, which I can understand. Ordered a breakfast sandwhich with no line or people in the store and it took 10 minutes. Not to mention it was gross, and hard... as a rock. hash browns were mangled. Gotta be the worst dunkin' on earth Read more
